When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.

Your Dr. x-rayed my injured foot and said it’s OK take tylenol.  Went to my orthopedist 3 days later and she x-rayed also and found a broken toe!  Shocking!

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Walked in for an issue I had with one of my ears. Front office staff had me checked-in in less than 10 minutes including me filling out my medical history. The medical assistant was efficient and friendly during rooming and getting my vitals. Doctor was personable and quickly diagnosed and explained my issue, prescribed a couple of meds which he called to a local pharmacy. Whole thing from leaving my house to returning home with meds was a little over an hour total!  A good experience :)
