Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Made an appointment for 10:30 AM but was not seen until after 11:00 AM.  Fortunately I did not wait long once I was in the examining room.  Staff was courteous and doctor very professional. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy  immediately.  All in all a positive experience.   I would recommend this location  for care.

Staff working on Xmas was friendly and helpful. My sincerest thanks to them for working on a holiday!

Scheduling was very quick and simple.I arrived and the girls in front were terrific.They had me in an examination room within 15 mins including taking vital signs.Long story short,Doc checked me out told me what was wrong and called my pharmacy.It’s the next day and I’m already feeling much better.These people are wonderful.Every time they take great care of me.i would highly recommend them.
