Woke up that morning with a sore throat and felt worst than then the day before. The provider was able to help me schedule an appointment with the primary care physician there because I didn't have one and have been looking for one. When the provider came into the room, I already knew I would need a PCP to prescribe me my nebulizer solution but she was kind of rude explaining it to me.

The care I received was Wonderfull. It’s only been one day and already feel much better. Thank you so much for your attention to detail in figuring out what was wrong with me and fixing it. Again thank you so much!!!

This was my first visit there and I scheduled an appointment online and completed all the paperwork online. I arrived 10 minutes early and signed some documents and waited for an hour before I was called. The staff was nice and apologized for my wait and the doctor I saw was very nice but I doubt I’ll go back there

Quick and very thorough. Everyone was super professional and efficient. The doctor was amazing and took his time with me.

It was not very helpful to my situation

I fell and landed shoulder first into my back steps. I got X-rays. They said I was clear to go home. Turns out I get w call 5 minutes after I left saying they needed me to one back. Turns out I fractured my shoulder.  I wish then would have offered a mild pain medication at least.

This is my second time being treated by Susan FNP at the Salem location.  She is kind and caring!  She listens to you and goes over your treatment plan.  She followed up with me the next day when my xray report came back.  The staff was pleasant also!  This is my third visit to the Salem location.  I am so glad I was able to be treated by Susan on my first and third visit.  My second visit was not the best experience when my care was provided by a different person.  I actually checked to see who the provider was before I went in for my third visit.  When the receptionist said it was Susan, I immediately went.  Thanks again for the excellent care!!

Called last Friday to schedule my annual wellness visit with Dr Lang. I was told Lang had retired and Tri County was under new ownership. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Gibbs at 8:30 on Tuesday. When I arrived for my appointment I was told to scan a QR code and begin to 20 minutes of electronic paper work. I also discovered not one of my medical records for the last 30+ years was available. I finally was led to an examination room at 9:30. With no records available Dr Gibbs and I muddled our way through the appointment. The next day, Wednesday, I woke up coughing up green phlegm. I called the facility to speak with Dr Gibbs? Was told he would not be back in the office until the following Tuesday! Instead of driving an hour and a half to Hartville for a clinic that I was well known at, but I’m now a nobody I drove 15 minutes down the road to a new clinic and found out that I had influenza B. Since I have to look for a new physician I might as well get one closer to home.

My son needed a skin form completed for wrestling tomorrow and they got us in and out quickly.

If the staff could cut out the noisy conversations with each other in the back then they could devote more time getting patients through in a more timely manner. Very impressed with Dr. Holly Graber.

Checked in, everybody was friendly and prompt! My only issue was that I was in pain and nothing medically was could be done for me!

Was in and out took about a hour staff was friendly waiting area was clean and I was definitely satisfied with the service

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
