Staff was considerate and attentive. Wait time was minimal. The doctor listened to my symptoms and I never felt rushed. I appreciate being able to be seen at a later time of day.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

Woke up this morning with a fever. Went to the website and scheduled an appointment. Everything was quick and easy.

Wait time was longer than expected but once in, staff were efficient and personable and I’m very appreciative of the care they provided.

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.  Julie Rich in particular spent time to go through all possible causes and talk through the best options.  Professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. I'll definitely head back here again when I need assistance.

I would definitely recommend and my care from them was on top meaning I am very satisfied and my throat is still a little sore, but I’m dealing with it best as I can overall, I’m doing fine thank you so much

Woke up this morning with full body aches; was an hour late for work because of the pain and decided to go to City Life Health where they did a thorough checkup. I was able to get a prescription for the pain and nausea along with a Dr's note for my job.

Woke up with a blocked ear and was able to schedule an appointment for my convenience. Check-in was easy and the care provided was attentive and caring and the issue was explained very well. Issue was resolved within a few days. I would recommend AFC urgent Care in Downingtown.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

I did multiple covid test at this location (AFC Warrington) and all my experiences has been excellent. The staff is excellent, extremely professional. Now I start to recommend my friends and coworkers to this location. Thanks so much to the staff for all that you do.
