I took my elderly mother in for a Covid test on Monday night December 7th about 7:00 pm. We were treated cordially from the receptionist from the moment we walked in the door. The nurse who performed the test was gentle and explained the procedure to my mother. In addition, the doctor was concerned and asked my mother all the appropriate questions. Dr Shannon Long is super and you couldn't do better. The nurse was friendly enough but I had very little interaction with her. However, they have Godzilla at the reception area so be prepared. I understand the times we are in with the virus, but there is NO need to be rude and disrespectful !! I am 66 years old and am not used to being barked at in a paying doctors office, I nearly walked out. There are far too many of these type places on almost every corner so she needs to check herself. I did report her to the headquarters in Texas.
