I know it was busy that day and I understand the wait time was unavoidable and the overall time in the room was unavoidable cause my baby was uncontrollably in discomfort. I appreciate the staff and all the hardwork they do. I know I couldn’t do the career they do and they show up with a smile and get things done. Thank you! I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. The doctor took into account his desire not to get stitches, and his desire for a more affordable solution, and found a beautiful, affordable, and effective treatment for him.
