Had a 10:50 AM appointment for my son.  Waited for 2 hours and then was called to the back office.  Waited another 30 min.  Met with doctor for 5 minutes.

We had such a wonderful experience! The whole team…the receptionist (I am so sorry I can’t remember her name), Austin, and Phoebe were phenomenal!!! Truly exceptional care!  Thank you!!

The wait was so long for what I was getting done 2 hours for a 5 min throat test...

New to area (just moved here) my son drove me to your facility as closer than St David after a surprise visit to my apt. He knew I was not feeling well. I was treated right away. Dx w L LL Pnemonia and script for 2 antibiotics. Treated by a Nurse Practitioner!!!😍I was very pleased as I am a retired Hospital RN and have twin identical BSN nurses! One at MD Anderson -Houston and works as ER nurse in Des Plaines Illinois. .

Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

Honestly, we’re not ones to complain about things. We know things get behind and our healthcare system is exhausted. However, we thought since we made an appointment that we wouldn’t have to wait TOO long. We arrived at 12 for a 1210 appointment. We didn’t leave the clinic until 320pm. We were all losing our minds by the time we left. Not to mention paying $160 bucks for the visit to wait that long was super disappointing. We would have been more understanding if we were a walk-in but yea it was frustrating to say the least. The staff was great/friendly though.

So quick and easy. Couldn’t have been better.

Tried to complete requested paperwork on line but continued to get redo information. Fill out the best I could but when arrived at center had to complete all again. After completed, Admin. Asst requested to photo copy Ins and ID..! Frustrated it was as I was delayed for over 30 minutes on appointment. Good by…

I had a UTI and was able to schedule online and had a very short wait time. They have a lab on site so they were able to diagnose and get me on meds right away. Phew!

I find it very odd that a person would need to get an appointment to be seen at an Urgent Care Facility. Hence the term Urgent in the very nature of the Clinic Title and Name its definition description implies no appointment needed. Not walk on in and when we have an opening amongst all our appointments you will be seen. This is not a clinical hospital it is an Urgent Care. Nobody should be subjected to appointments. It should be a first come first serve basis. Now if you had one doctor dedicated to appointments and everyone else handling walking I could understand that. But, to be a walk in and then sit there for 5 hours while appointment people walking and are seen before me is infuriating. I will acknowledge that the last time I walked in I only had to wait 45 minutes. So, maybe this Urgent Care has resigned its appointment system. People do not plan to get get. This is why Urgent Care was created. To help people be seen faster than going to an ER.

I was feeling awful. The receptionist was my first encounter.. Absolutely proficient and caring. The Nurse was my next encounter, she was outstanding!! Ensured I was comfortable and provided water as I was coughing so much. The provider actually carefully listened to what i said. Not just in a hurry and brushing me off. She took the time to explain test results and plan of care going forward.. This was my second visit here.. Love it!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
