The staff is not only friendly, they are knowledgeable. They are willing to get help when they find something unusual, never afraid to ask and confirm. This is so much better than other places I've been in the area, when I've been given misinformation or condescendingly told to go home and "get over it" when there was in fact a serious medical problem that could have, and should have, been dealt with earlier than it eventually was.
