I can not express enough how my treatment was today. I showed up to get my DOT physical exam. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a detailed description of the paperwork I had to fill out. I had a request to use the restroom early for the urinalysis test because of water intake and driving time.. I was immediately granted permission. When I entered the front doors the staff instructed me on how to check in from a safe distance and everything else was very easy to understand and self-explanatory. My expierence today was excellent. It was my first dot physical and I was having trouble getting my bp down to pass. There was a red headed nurse that took the time to make me comfortable enough and relaxed enough to achieve an acceptable number . As a bus driver I get a DOT physical every year and have been to many different locations to do so.
