Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

About Gonorrhea Testing

Who should get tested for gonorrhea?

According to the CDC, anyone who is sexually active can get gonorrhea, however, it is most commonly found in individuals aged 15-24. Individuals who have multiple sexual partners or a new sexual partner, as well as those who do not use a condom during sex, are at a higher risk. Additionally, those who have had gonorrhea before or have other sexually transmitted infections are also more likely to get gonorrhea.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for gonorrhea is crucial as it can lead to serious health problems if left untreated. According to the CDC, untreated gonorrhea can cause pelvic inflammatory disease in women, potentially leading to infertility. In men, it can cause a painful condition in the tubes attached to the testicles, which can also lead to infertility. Testing is the only sure way to know if you have gonorrhea and can help prevent the spread of the disease.
