I had an ear ache get worse overnight. The NP was excellent and the staff were great. I had a few things to say. I didnt like that they were supposed to be open at 8am. The front desk lady walked in late ...and everything else followed. That took time away from everything being delayed. She also made a comment that the providers were running late. I thought Wow, really? I thought maybe that is how it is here..more lax

My experience with you all is always great. Excellent front desk service, always a very caring and friendly staff and the medical advice has always been spot-on.

Have gone there a few time with my children. They are awesome. They remember who we are and address our concerns and previous issues if needed.

I had ear pain and the staff was kind and efficient. I did not wait more than 5 minutes for attention

The medical professional I saw Julia Ferrara PA was great.   The front desk receptionist was nice but not very professional talked about morning gossip. I heard someone (staff) I was first patient and was told no one was here yet and had to wait ( I was early so that was fine) coughing terribly in the back of the office - he or she sounded awful and for an urgent care didn’t like hearing that.  Maybe should have stayed at home like I did.

Walked into clinic with ear problems. Was seen promptly and received excellent treatment. Felt well cared for by friendly and competent staff.

Andrew was very attentive and kind. I needed sutures on my thumb and he did a beautiful job.

Everyone was delightful. Will be recommending this urgent care to family and friends and returning in the future. Should I need it.

My husband had been in a few days earlier tested negative for Flu, Covid, and RSV but chest x-ray showed a little pneumonia. I started coughing Thursday night so I went straight in on Friday hoping to head it off at the pass but the doctor ran no test, said she didn’t hear wheezing even though I was and every the xray tech heard it. She gave me some cough pills and sent me on my way. I have continued to deteriorate now having sore throat and on and off spiking a low fever. Not impressed with the care I received. The PA my husband had was far more attentive. Update: The head doctor called me personally because he found this unacceptable and had me go back in for testing. I tested positive for Influenza A so I really appreciated his due diligence to get me answers so I have adjusted my overall score to reflect his efforts. Thank you Dr. Shital-Hiten Upadhyay.

Everything is always super Fast and convient. I’m Unsure why they didn’t swab for strep. They did covid and flu and was negative. I was concerned for strep. I would have just liked confirmed diagnoses, that’s why i went. We are treating as strep, but would have liked to know for sure as the paperwork says pharyngitis, which is just a viral sore throat that wouldn’t be treated w antibiotics. I guess I should have pushed for the test.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
