Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

I love this place. I was honestly scared to try somewhere new - as we’ve always used an Urgent Care Facility in Clayton. But I’ve come to this one twice now and will always choose them in the future. The staff is BEYOND friendly and Alex is the best. He was so patient and good with my son - and it was nice to have a familiar face when I had to come back another time. The PA is wonderful, too - Shelby I think was her name. Super knowledgeable and personable. Thank you guys for caring about your patients!!!

I needed to have a wellness exam done pretty quickly as the year was nearing the end. I was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient. That us really hard to do in the Raleigh area.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. Additionally, healthcare workers and individuals with chronic liver disease should also consider getting tested.
