Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

My granddaughter had been sick since December 19th which was 10 days. Easy schedule online and got right in when we arrived at the office. She couldn’t break the fever and was in extreme pain. She is only 3. The staff was so nice and caring with her, made her comfortable and made sure they had the correct diagnosis by asking questions and examining her thoroughly. She needed up having a sinus infection. They sent prescription right over to her pharmacy and it was ready when we got there. Amazing Care from the team.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, those at high risk for hepatitis should get tested. This includes individuals who have had unprotected sex, shared needles, have a history of drug use, or have a partner who is infected with hepatitis. Additionally, those who were born to a mother with hepatitis, have been incarcerated, or are traveling to countries with high rates of hepatitis should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health complications if left untreated, such as liver disease, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Early detection can help prevent these complications and allow for effective treatment. Moreover, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the disease to others.
