Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

We to the clinic for a Rapid Covid test. The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Completing paperwork on the Solv site was challenging and I had to keep reentering info. The clinic experience was good, and I hope to use them again as needed.

The customer service was great they were fast and courteous and they were able to perform the test with no waiting involved. Honestly I wish I would’ve known about this place a while ago It could’ve save me a lot of time

I had came into contact to someone who ended up with COVID. Went to get tested just to rule it out. My girlfriend recommended this place and let me tell you I was in and out in 3 minutes! The guy was so nice, I felt totally at ease and was comfortable compared to how they were swabbing last year. If you must get tested, go here!! I did the rapid testing and you will have your results in 2-3 hours.

I was very ill. My husband actually took me in my pajamas. NAS was convenient, close and professional ( I am a retired RN) The staff that did my test, was kind and efficient. I received my test results within hours on my cell phone. Thank you. No wait time at all. It was a seamless process.

It was my first time getting tested here and I just came with my mom because I was exposed to someone who tested positive on my volleyball team so I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to fit me but they did! And the person who took the test was very nice when I said I was scared.

Employee had great manners, kind and friendly. Hope they are getting paid well for doing the job they do and today we are getting a snow storm so add that in their mix. Would recommend this place for anyone needing a covid test. Drive thru. Very convenient

I brought my 3yr old son to get tested. The young man I had was very gentle and Docile with my son. The facility was very quick. I thank all the staff for doing a great job and to continue to keep doing great

The young gentleman that gave me the CoVid test was awesome! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and if I would have had any anxiety, I certainly would have been put to ease with his “bedside manner”. There was no wait time and your facility is very efficient. I have already recommended your facility.

I am ever so grateful for the testing site so close to my home. Amere was not only so informative but just so friendly. The person who administed the test was also so friendly. Within an hour Dr. Kailsch called with my results and stated to call him with any questions. Great facility !

The young man that helped us was very polite and thorough with the administration of the tests. They woman who answered the phone took my information and set us up for appointments so we were ready to be tested without delay when we arrived.

We used the covid testing drive through & were pleased with the easy way to schedule our appointments, the short wait time & the friendliness of the woman who administered the tests. We’ll definitely use this facility again & will recommend it to our friends!

The staff was very sweet. I have gotten tested before and the lady doing my test was so rude. They were very sweet here. I would recommend coming here. The wait wasn’t long at all. I booked the same day for an appointment.

- Verified patient on 9/16

Very convenient!! They ask you if you want both tests. 1 is 15 minute rapid results and the other is 2 to 3 business days. I had an appointment at 1:05. I arrived 10 minutes or so early. I had to wait 20 to 25 minutes. They even informed me that my insurance covered both.

- Verified patient on 12/16

Staff was very friendly and efficient had an appointment but waited 25 minutes in line test was quick in the second lane 1st lane got tied up with a long long wait I had to move otherwise I would recommend your facility to anyone thank you

- Verified patient on 12/4

Over all was a very easy experience my wife and I reserved our appointment on line and filled out all forms that were needed and we were in and out in about 3 to 5 minutes for two tests and were treated very pleasantly.

- Verified patient on 9/18

I was very happy with my experience! The guy who administered the test was friendly and gentle. My only complaint is that the test swabs were on the counter inside of the little room instead of sealed inside of a container of some sort. It made me worried about the possibility of cross contamination. I’ve heard the same feedback from my husband and several family members that have been tested at this location.

- Verified patient on 9/5

Wow, expected the worst as it’s a testing site for those who might be ill! Fabulous personnel, kind, caring, checked pre-registered details. And said she loves her boss and she loves her job because of that support! Her testing manner was gentle and easy! Thank you, I shall recommend NAS to travelers.

When I went there with my son, the man made me feel so comfortable and calmed me down and was so gentle and soft spoken and told me everything was OK he made me feel really good about myself and the test And he was extremely gentle with my son and told him everything was OK, my son said that was the easiest test hes ever had in his life If I can give you guys 10 stars I would!.... 10 out of 10 experience.

This is my second time coming to this facility and I would recommend it to others. The process is very easy. One thing I would recommend is that once you leave, it would be nice to have a little bit better communication. I had to ask for test results the first time. Hopefully this time is quicker

- Verified patient on 12/3

I just wanted to give Kevin, the guy who swabbed my sons nose, a HUGE shout out. He was SO patient and kind in such a stressful situation for my son. Kevin was gentle and patient as we talked my son through the testing process. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate all your hard work and effort!

Attendant was extremely nice and I love the food drive giving back. The only request is that I can get a confirmation the day I come because now my hospital is making me get a PCR test and my other hospital I have to report back to needs a confirmation of me getting the test before Monday, the attendant said it was possible to get an email or a text saying that I was seen today with my name for a Covid test, otherwise everything is perfect

Tinley Park Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
