Wait time was not bad, had checked in online. Doctor was questionable. I thought I had an ear infection due to swollen lymph node under my ear. Doctor came in , looked in my ears and said I had wax buildup. I had to point out my swollen lymph node. She then prescribed antibiotics. Total time spent with doctor was less than 5 minutes. Don’t know that I would go back to this clinic.

My friend injured herself and had the injury become infected. Neither of us is from Indianapolis so we didn’t have a local doctor. The scheduling was easy, but this is the only part that caused a problem. After you choose a time for the appointment, the website asks you a series of questions that take a few minutes, so it is probably best to schedule an appointment ten minutes later than what you think you would need. We did get there a couple of minutes late but it did not make a difference. The check in was simple and the care was excellent. My friend speaks little English but they were patient and kind with her. She required a prescription and they phoned it into the pharmacy that we used. It was a top notch organization. Unfortunately they are not local to me so I doubt that I will need their services again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use them.

Short Wait Time

Overall good experience from a staff and care perspective. Really easy to book online the day before. The only issue I had was with a close to 2 hr wait time once in the exam room. The doctor was very apologetic, explained what had happened, and took the appropriate measures to make sure I received the proper treatment once they got to me.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
4.22(563 reviews)
After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. This is the only place I go for covid testing. The clinical staff are ALWAYS very friendly and professional. It’s a wonderful thing to see such exceptional care in the city. I would recommend the Girls School Road location any day! I want to give a special shout-out to the young man who’s collected my last two nasopharyngeal samples. I forget his name - AA with locks in his hair. The VERY BEST in the building! His bedside manner is impeccable. Keep up the great work, young man!

After being denied at the pendleton pike location. I called the girl school road one and a staff member answered all my questions and informed me to make another appointment and they would be able to treat us. We got there and waited about an hour since we had five people in the car. The process was fast and the tester was super friendly. I recommended it to my dad and he loved it as well.

My family and I used the Immediate Care Nora location for Covid testing and not only were fast and friendly, the process was so easy and they eased my fear of the testing by being efficient and pain free. We had a terrible experience at another location but the staff at Nora changed our entire perspective of the process.

The nurse that got my vitals barely spoke to me and continued her conversation with the receptionist as she was taking my vitals. I consider that highly rude. Other than that, it was okay. Thought the “nurse” who opened the door for me and did my Covid test was a teenage boy because he was wearing a black sweatshirt instead of scrubs or anything professional. No one there was professional whatsoever.

- Verified patient on 9/10

The gentleman who took my COVID test was extremely gentle with taking samples from my nostrils. There was 0 discomfort and he was talking me through what he was doing, which was awesome! Also, he was very compassionate, friendly, professional, and overall kind! You can tell he loves what he does and cares for his patients. That man deserves all the recognition and a raise! My visit couldn’t have gone better, thank you for such compassionate quality care.

The man with the tattoos was simply the best. he was quite friendly and had us all feeling really good about getting tested we was very nervous. I can't quite remember his name maybe Shawn but whoever he is I just want you to know that he was amazing and listened to us and because of that i would return here.

I love how the covid testing part was separate from the rest of the clinic (safer for everyone). I spoke to the lady serving me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was not very responsive or friendly. Otherwise, a great experience. They were ready for me early so I was in and out.

Staff treated me great during my covid testing. The doctor called me at home to give me results 15 min later and also treated me for my sinus infection. She called in an antibiotic quickly. It was a cold and messy roads this morning and I appreciate all the staff that came in today for me and all patients. Thank you!

Pros: they had numerous open appointments for COVID testing. Cons: after arriving 15 mins before my scheduled appointment time, I still have to wait 30 mins. People who came after me were serviced for COVID testing before me. I had to call the clinic again to remind them. I was told results would be available within 30 mins. I waited an hour and had to call the clinic as I never received the text to access my results.

I had a Covid test. It was extremely easy to get an appointment and they came out to my vehicle to take the swabs. The guy doing the swabs was super friendly and personable. In this difficult time, I appreciate the ease of the appointment as well as the friendliness of the staff. Would definitely recommend!

The swabbing process was effective but not painful. The staff were very courteous and kind. The online registration process was easier than a couple of others I tried. The wait time for the test was longer than I thought it would be but that is understandable with all they have going on. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

The website was a little confusing at first in regards to scheduling but it may have been due to several people trying to register at the same time. Once the appointments were scheduled it was pretty simple to complete the online paperwork. Once I arrived at the testing site everything was pretty much on time and the testing representative was friendly.

My experience was ok, I took the COVID test for the third time as my son is positive as of today & I work at a prison around inmates who are positive. I am disappointed that I didn’t have my lungs checked during the visit outside in the cold not feeling well to see if anything else could be wrong with my health ( sinus infection, bronchitis, flu etc.). I do appreciate the opportunity to have the test done as to not contaminate others!

This was my first time to this clinic and it's so close to where I live! I had a confirmed appointment on line for a covid 19 test for the same day within 2 hrs of my request - I couldn't find this kind of same day service at any other clinic I researched in my area. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Check-in was convenient and professional. Great bedside manner. The test was free. And the wait time was minimal.

I received a call from Robin. She explained to me reasons why I didn’t have to come back I tested positive on the 21st of December. I was told then count back to December 19 I haven’t been out of the house she explain the circumstances why I will have to come in and they didn’t apply to me Robin was very helpful to me I asked some silly questions but she answer each one of them I think a lot of your clinic I was blessed to have two people waiting on me who were patient and caring the first person was Tony and now Robin I am very pleased with your clinic may God continue to bless you

Cordell is PHENOMENAL!! He was so great with our young boys and they really liked him. My 7 yr old had tested before and was really fearful because of how bad it was and Cordell put him at ease and was so gentle. The wait was minimal and the appointments seemed to be moving right along. This is the best location for testing!

I was so impressed by the efficiency and the friendliness of the staff. They were professional and expedient. They called me so quickly while I was waiting in the car and I did not recognize the phone number, that I assumed that it was a spam call. When I answered rather gruffly the staff very politely explained it they were ready to give my Covid test. I apologized over and over for my gruff rudeness. The staff understood and was extremely friendly. Do you have a great team!

Getting a covid test was very easy and very quick. The staff I encountered was very friendly. I has some symptoms that I was concerned about. They weren't able to see me in the clinic but the Doctor was able to call me and walk through my issues. I'm very satisfied and would use this clinic in the future.

This is an important part of my medical team. I trust them completely and appreciate how quick and professional the service is at the clinic. They have helped me and my family many times. The bedside manner of the providers is great!!! I would recommend all of the providers who have helped me in the past. They have diagnosed a ruptured tendon, flu, pneumonia, and gave me strep throat tests. I am eternally grateful to them.

I have been here numerous times for different issues. Always friendly and quick. The only issue is getting my PCR Covid results on line, the system would not accept my information so I could obtain the results. With the rapid test, you will get your results there.. I would still go back, but change how they inform me.

Indianapolis Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
