Woke up this morning with full body aches; was an hour late for work because of the pain and decided to go to City Life Health where they did a thorough checkup. I was able to get a prescription for the pain and nausea along with a Dr's note for my job.

Friendly Staff

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

I was able to book immediately and arrive within an hour on a Sunday.  There was a minimal wait once I arrived and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.  I will use this location again.

I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

Friendly Staff

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse (or tech) was also friendly and told me what to expect and what would happen. He was gentle and asked a few times of I had any questions. He explained about the wait ( I had a rapid test) and how I could get the results. Both receptionists wished me a good day on the way out, as did the nurse.

Staff was VERY friendly. I was there for a rapid test and did not need to see a Dr. Wait time for the rapid test was over an hour. However, once the nasal swab was completed, it was only about 20 minutes.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I got checked in, and needed a little help doing the computer. Everyone was king from the check in people to the people who actually did my test. I would definitely recommend to others.

I went for a rapid Covid test was told probably an hour wait and instead I was there for 3 hours! The test was performed and told would be at least 15-20 before a doctor wound inform me of tge results and evaluate me - it was 50 mins! It would have been nice if they inform you while there so you are aware.

We came for Covid testing. Justin was great and helpful at explaining everything. The doctor also was very patient with us and gave us great explanations of what to do an look for. Can’t recommend enough!

Waited 20 min past our appt time... then waited 30 min for a 15 min test result. We wouldn’t have gotten results if we hadn’t of opened the door and asked.

- Verified patient on 3/12

The wait time is 3 stars but that was to be expected because it is a covid testing and vaccine site. They did a great job getting us in with the volume of patients.

Outside of the wait time. Everything about Riverside Urgent Care is very good. The staff, the facilities and of course the convenience of getting your tests and diagnosis in one place.

Very little wait time, so friendly also! Took my daughter in for a Covid test which was negative. And they checked her out for anything else without even asking. The staff is great!

We went for a Coronavirus test. The staff was friendly. I also recommended them to my friend. They had an appointment today because of my recommendation.

No wait, despite walking in. The COVID-19 rapid test was painless and the results were available within 15 minutes, as promised. I tested negative, thankfully. All went well, praise the Lord!

I needed to get a covid test for travel. I signed in and when they were ready for me they called me as I waited in my car. My only concern is the requirement was 48 hours before travel. I'm hoping results will be available by morning. If not I may not be able to board.

Went in with the following symptoms -cough, sore throat, congestion, shortness of breath. I was given a rapid covid test. The Dr came in 15 mins later and told me it was negative. She said "ok you're good to go." I said ok but I don't feel good. Can I have something for my cough or congestion? She replied with you can take Tylenol and nothing really for a cough. And she walked out. So I'm a little upset that I wasn't given anything to help my symptoms.

I heard horror stories about COVID tests so I was nervous about having it done. I don’t know the name of the girl that did it but she was great, she put me at ease and she was very gentle. I would recommend your urgent care without hesitation.

Visit was very organized and professional. You signed in , waited in car, were called in when it was your turn and then waited in office for test results. Very well run!

We came in for a n emergency physical for camp. The staff was wonderful, took us in no problem. The I wanted a rapid test for my daughter, again, the staff very accommodating even though it was late. Very nice staff in this Mt. Ephraim location

I had chest pain and was very anxious upon arriving. They calmed my fears by asking some questions. I waited about 20 mins and was seen by someone to be asked some more questions and have some simple tests done. I met with Ariel (spelling) who helped me by asking more questions and giving me options on how I could handle the situation moving forward. The team was professional and caring.

Thank You Dearly for being available in my time of need (late afternoon / early evening (after 6pm). I have been seen at your facility in the past (in fact for Rapid COVD Testing), minimal wait time (2 or 3 people in the lobby . Before long called back, nurse was DYNAMITE (questions / answers, testing started, 15 minutes later status, out the door. Again Thank You for making this “Easy Pesy”

From the very start of me calling about 5 times to ask questions about the rapid test to actually making the appointment and getting the test I was very satisfied

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
