Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

I was happy to be able to save my spot online for a COVID test. I felt much safer than waiting on line at other testing sites. The check in process was easy, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Second round covid testing Dr was amazing this time listened to me heard my concerns and agreed with me provided a chest X-ray thankfully found bronchitis start of pneumonia concerns explained about breathing what to worry about he definitely gets a 5 star review from me! From one medical professional to another he didn’t dismiss my concerns about exposure and my health issues, he examined me fully and gave a great assessment!

The Doctor was wonderful, she has a terrific bedside manner . I was very nervous being tested , blood pressure was high and your Doctor was patient , very understanding . She took my blood pressure again , listened to my heart and breathing. She was very reassuring, along with the young man that works with her . I wasn’t embarrassed or judged , thank you for your professionalism and kind way.

From start to finish my experience was excellent. I loved the digital aspect of it (check in, virtual waiting list). The facility was clean and staff was very nice. The nurse was gentle with my Covid test which made the experience even better.

I used Solv 2 times already to make appointment at LI Urgent Care in West Babylon for COVID-19 Rapid Test as my employer wanted 2 negative test results because of possible exposure . My visit first was an evening appointment, second was early morning ! Less wait for morning appointments , I was in and out in less then 30 min .Staff at LI Urgent care absolutely the best . Actually this was my 4th visit since *** .

LI Urgent care has a wonderful staff. This is the second time I'm using this facility and it's great. The people there are knowledgeable. When i was there this pass July the nurse mentioned I might has a hiatal hernia and she was right. i had been going to Doctors to see why I was having stomach pain and noone found anything but this nurse felt it....went for an endoscopy and yes I had a hernia, I went to LI Urgent care for a Covid test and the nurse found something my doctors couldn't and never mentioned i may have...Great facility LI Urgent Care..I will be sending my family and friends there.

I felt comfortable from the second that I spoke to one of the nurses. They were very friendly and had the best bedside manner. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The test was very easy and it did not hurt the way I thought it would. both nurses were very knowledgeable in giving me information on covid-19. I would definitely give them a A+. I would definitely come back again if I need to take another test. Thank you for all you do!

Best Covid test, Excellebt PA extremely informative and clearly a well educated professional. I live on the Northshore and took a chance and was suprised at the quality care . A bit of a wait and possible issue with programming with the forms you can do in advance of appt. I was requested to co.plete them a second time. However, overall I would wait to see this Pregnant P.A. again she should get a raise 10+ stars for COVID test didn't feel she was swabbing my brains. A+ technique. Would come again depite the 30min drive and wait just to have here do the COVID test.

I got there too early. The Solv app does not work. I had to re-enter all my information every single time to check where I was on the list for service. Once inside the young man who met us at the door and performed the blood pressure, heat rate etc. was fantastic, as was the doctor on call who checked our respiration etc. Both were knowledgeable, kind, competent and fast. We took the test to comply with reduced isolation/ quarantine. It was a Vacation re-entry Covid test.

Screening call - had me to think I would be turned away since I had no symptoms. I was exposed to a Covid positive patient so I wanted a test to see if I was asymptomatic - Email sent to me showing summery. I was hoping to see +/- Only shows a test was given.

I loved the convenience of booking in advance to have my Covid test done on return of traveling out of state. I love this center, they are consistently providing great patient service. I’ve used them for everything from an ear infection to broken foot/ankle. Top notch!

There was mis communication about where i had to go so my wait time was longer. My appointment was 445 and i was finally given my test in the pod almost a half hour later. Other than that i was impressed with this whole thing

This was my 3rd visit since *** to West Babylon LI Urgent Care, I went in for COVID-19 test in which I made an appointment for ! I was kind of impressed with the wait time, 45 minutes from scheduled appointment. Received a text previous day to text “Here” once I arrived 10 min before appointment and from their followed the new texts and a phone call on my health history, 10 min later received another call to enter facility for COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test ! All together with wait and test was 1 hour . Really impressed

Very organized for covid testing. Intake done over the phone while you’re in your car. They’ll call you when to come in. Once in the room the wait time was less than 2 minutes and done ! The place was very clean and all staff were extremely friendly. I have already recommended them to friends and family .

I arrived at 8:00 for my Covid test and was on my way home at 8:30. The tech who took my vitals and prepared me to see the doctor was friendly , knowledgeable and showed true empathy, he put me at ease . The doctor who administered the test treated me the same way , she was also terrific.

- Verified patient on 3/5

The text check in process for arrival for covid testing was easy. Instructions were clear on how to proceed. They send a link upon check in so you can watch your place on line. We were in and out within 45 minutes from the time of our appointment(which was reasonable for covid testing and the otherwise long lines other places have ) Once called , the intake was done on the phone limiting in person contact. The facility was exceptionally clean , all staff with masks , shields and gloves. Staff was friendly and efficient ! This was my first time using them and would definitely use them in the future.

I had a very nice visit with the staff at LI URGENT CARE. They all took great care of my issues. I went in for a COVID test and it was done carefully and painless. I felt very comfortable and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Stefanie for your help and kindness. MaryAnn Polidoro

I was recommended by my brother who took the PCR test there - I was very happy that I went there for mine. I will recommend my friends, also. Thanks to all who saw me today. Everything went well. Ms. Walters.

The MA I had was terrific and very accommodating and attentive. The PA I had was friendly did both covid tests and sent prescriptions over BUT was NOT clear on should I be getting an antibiotic if covid tests were negative and I ended up just having a sinus infection/ear infection/strep throat kind of thing that would require an antibiotic!!! I guess if I don’t hear anything I will call and see if they will call in an antibiotic for me?! Otherwise the PA was very considerate and accommodating in doing both covid tests my vitals etc.

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
