Daughter ass not feeling good after school. Everyone helping with patients beside the receptionist was courteous and pleasant. I felt he was rude and very disrespectful towards me. The medical staff made up for my rude encounter from the start. Bedside manner was nice and professional but caring. Would come back if need be.

I knew I needed a quick doctor visit with a busy day ahead of me. I was able to schedule easily online then got in and got out in no time flat. Staff was very friendly! The NP, Beth, was awesome. Very kind and attentive plus she explained the medications perfectly so I knew what to expect. My prescriptions were sent in a timely manner- which I truly appreciated. I have not had good experiences with urgent care facilities in the past but Apex CiniCare changed my mindset and will be my new urgent care go to!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Appointment was at 9 AM I called them exactly at nine they answered the phone said they would call me back in a little bit. They didn’t call me back until 9:14 a.m.. so I sat in my car for 14 minutes. I don’t know why it took so long because I was the only one there and Just needed a quick Covid test for surgery. I had to hurry up and leave because I had another doctors appointment scheduled by 10 so that’s why I wanted to get the test promptly.

No wait at all. There was a little snafu because they wanted my passport number (the test was for international travel) and it wasn’t made clear beforehand that this would be required. Luckily there was someone at home who could give me the number so everything was fine. The man who gave the test was professional, courteous and helpful. Good experience overall.

The RN was wearing approved PPE and attentive. She explained the process and we were done. I didn’t have to wait, who’s here was good bc I felt sick and didn’t know if I d have poop attack soon. I’ve been scared to leave the house…. I only wish there were better signage for testing

I had pre-op Covid test, 3day result, and it was my first test. I filled out paperwork at the mobile MAC site, then tester came back, confirmed my info. and then was told to look at windshield and she inserted and twisted long qtip into my left nostril for 10seconds, and removed sample. It made me want to sneeze and my left eye watered, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Thank you for testing me.

The attendants at the Covid testing station were very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I didn't have my physician's order she suggested I make a quick call to see if they would fax it now, and already had the fax number ready to give me. Saved me $100!

Quick, friendly registration. Competent, well-trained, delightful young lady drawing my blood. I am a difficult "stick" and it usually requires several tries to draw the blood for my test. My technician spent time "accessing" the sites on both arms before she did the draw, and was successful in record time! Thanks for the good experience!

For the Covid test, ladies was very nice, being my first time for test, she was very calming, explained very thing that she would be doing prior to the test For the blood draw, very warm and friendly. Took very little time. For ekg, again very nice, friendly and did not waste time. Facility, the Atrium Hospital, very clean. Overall, great experience, would not hesitate or question if I were asked to do this again. Thank you for such a pleasant and easy process. I would highly recommend this facility. Hardly no wait time. This was ordered by Dr.Kadakia, pre op. Don't know charge. Insurance.

I arrived early for my appointment they’ were very nice about it and took me anyway even were nice enough to let me pull over and call my doctor because the office had failed to fax over the order. Got the order faxed over and test done and they apologized to me which I told them it was not their fault it was my doctors office that messed up. I appreciate the fact that they allowed me to do that and did not make me reschedule my test. Couldn’t have been any nicer. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience.

I drove up and waited while the car in front of me finished their test. Filled out paperwork and then had my test which was nothing like I expected. I thought it would be painful and it wasn’t. The gentleman providing the test talked me through and I laughed which threw him off. I told him it tickled. He said he hadn’t heard that description before and was pleased he could make someone laugh during a test as serious as this can be. I thanked him and went on my way.

I was so afraid of getting tested, but the attendant, Chris, quickly put me at ease. He was enormously detailed, explaining each step and more than kind. I have heard horror stories about this test and it was NOT bad at all. I would recommend Atrium as the place to go, a very calm atmosphere, with an excellent staff. Thank you!

Considering it was Covid testing- never an exciting experience, my nurse or technician was very professional, polite and did the procedure correctly. I’m a RN myself and unfortunately been tested 3 times now so I know the correct method and he did a great job.

The staff at the atrium location are amazing. Very friendly and patient! The level of compassion today was great. The girl that completed my test told me “I hope you feel better and have a great day” I didn’t feel like just a number but rather a patient today. Keep up the good work and thank you for putting in the hard work to keep everyone safe!!

Covid test here went very good. Nurse doing test was top notch or best of the best. A big 10 plus to compunet and their employees at this location. I do all lab work that I can here and its quite a bit. Thank you.

I'm a really hard stick. Girl was very easy to talk to very attentive to my needs. Listened while I told her my veins roll, tiny ,and practically have to let it drain. Out..guess what... first time 6 tubes quiet coversation no pain will make a special trip to go there for my blood test. BEST TREATMENT EVER.

I had to go for COVID testing. The test was very easy and not near as bad as everyone says it is. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to get my results on line and I got them faster than I thought I would.

This was my 1st COVID-19 test. The gentleman who did the test was excellent. I arrived before my appointment time and they took me right away. I filled at the paper work and then they did the test after explaining it to me. I would recommend Atrium for the test. They was very informative and efficient.

Young lady was very nice and explained how the test would be administered and it was so easy. She had excellent bedside manor skills Not an easy job having to stick a Qtip up your nose of all ages! Everyone should take time to make sure

- Verified patient on 10/21

I noticed several people seemed confused about how to use the iPad to sign in. Staff also seemed confused as they walked into waiting room multiple times and asked everyone “what are you here for?”. Felt like a bit of a privacy violation having to announce what tests you were there for In a full waiting room.

- Verified patient on 2/1

Great overall. Except... IDK why my surgeon's office chose this facility to do Covid testing, 30+ miles from home, instead of any of the dozens of facilities within 5 miles of my home. The instructions for reporting/registration all read as if I should park and go inside the facility for testing. The drive thru testing site was good, quick and easy, but I've never been here before, so it was a curveball that I wasn't expecting at the final destination. How difficult would it be to change instructions to state it's a drive thru system?

- Verified patient on 9/18

There was a line when I first got there but it took them no time to get all five cars done. Thank you all for the fast experience. The test it’s self was not like I thought it would be, it did not make me cry like the last place. Thank you and God bless us all 🙏🏼

The staff were so helpful and thorough. It's easy to get Checked in and we barely had to wait. I brought my disabled brother in for some testing and whoever the guy was that helped us was just lovely. It really made our long day we had so much better. Thank you so much!

Middletown Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
