The online booking process was so easy to use. I downloaded the Solv app and it led me through everything. I was able to do all the paperwork needed, upload images of my insurance card, and ID. When I got to the Riverside location all that was left was to check-in, which was also done online. The office staff greeted me and made me feel comfortable right away. I was called back right on time! The nurse was knowledgeable and nice. When the Nurse Practitioner came in, she was nice and listened to what I had to say. She went over my test results and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I was sent out the door. I would definitely recommend Access Medical and Solv!

I arrived and immediately greeted politely by the lady taking care of paperwork. She offered me the fill out paper when I couldn’t get my phone to scan the scan block. After filling in the paperwork my wait was only a few minutes. The nurse was very professional and kind, the PA was was also. I got a swab test for Covid-19 and came back negative. I had a steroid shot for seasonal allergies and left all within 40 minutes. Excellent service, thank you.

The Dr. who treated me both times was very nice and explained everything well. However, the Assistant that I met in the opening interview was rude! She proceeded to ask me if I had been vaccinated and told me I could test positive for a month. Which I didn’t. Wanted to know why I was there. I had a sinus infection on the 3rd when I tested positive for Covid. I had a sinus infection today! She had a horrible bedside manner. I didn’t like her attitude.

My family & I have been to this location 3 times now, each time for rapid Covid testing. I appreciate that we’ve been able to stay in our car & have the staff come to us. Each one has been receptive, attentive & thorough. At our most recent visit, it was suggested my son have flu & strep testing in addition to Covid, & it’s a good thing because his strep test was positive & the doctor came out to deliver the news. I would recommend My Doctor Urgent Care to others, & I have.

Very kind and professional staff during a visit where I felt terrible. The PA listened to me and gave me treatment options with her advice. After testing positive for Flu, they worked my husband in as well. I will definitely use this facility again and I appreciate the help I received on not my best day. Thank you to all, from the receptionist, tester tech and the PA.

Mostly positive , but didn’t understand the PA lecturing me that my 90 yo mother “has no business being at Access” and she should have been taken to the ER to be checked for a UTI and the urine test results hadn’t even been received. The test results revealed no UTI. In my previous experience with my mom going thru this the doctor would have waited until the results are ready before telling us we need to make other arrangements.

The care is good. But, I don't agree with the note to go back to work on. It states the date to return but he wrote if all criteria has been met below which describe covid 10 obligations. It would be confusing to an employer on what to do because it was confusing to me. I had an upper respiratory infection. At my place of work it sounds like this P.A. is trying to quarantine me. I feel they just wanted to get an additional covid test with my insurance. The note should have only printed the day seen and can return to work statement, not the 3 paragraphs talking about if you have covid if you were tested and quarantine subject that is all unnecessary. I'm not showing the note to my employer because he might think as it reads all about quarantine 10 days. I cant afford that without pay.

Fast appointment quick test. Everything was explained nicely. They were wearing appropriate PPE so I didn’t feel bad like I was going to get them sick walking in with a cough. The only bad thing was someone texted me before my appointment telling me they were out of rapid tests and I told them I got an ASAP send out last time because I work in health care. They texted back no it’s a 3-5 day or rapid. Then when the PA heard my lungs she said she was doing a rapid Covid and a rapid flu so I’m not sure why they sent me that.

I was scared I had covid as I had before. I don’t have a doctor and I was out of town and when the lady found out after my test that I didn’t have a doctor and still had a medical issue she just had me follow her in and she took care of me the doctor did she was incredible The best service I’ve ever had in my life from a doctor I even quit going to doctors for that reason she renewed my faith! Incredible experience! My New doctor to go to and place to go to even though I live 500 miles from there that’s where I will go back to the doctor because I won’t go to one where I live

I needed to have a covid test done for my 11-year-old. They gave me a quick appointment. Staff friendliness was not very good considering I am a worried mother. The doctor gave me the test result with absolute cold and insensitive bedside manner for my situation(despite the fact that my daughter tested positive and my world and hopes collapsed in a second) He gave me a bunch of common info papers and left me with a million unasked equations. Do I recommend that place? I guess, if you are desperate.

We were tested and we were negative for the Cov19 and we were tested for the flu and it was negative so we are feeling better. It doesn’t take all day to get out and you aren’t sitting in a waiting room for the rest of the day with other sick people. We were sitting in the truck. I love the service we had and they were nice friendly staff. I will be going there more often. Thanks for your service today.

2 ladies working the front, one was so nice & kind, the other seems to have an attitude issue with even being at her job. The nurse & provider who saw me were absolutely great. I had to get a COVID test & had another issue (they took care of it). I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully the one rude lady up front can find some sort of peace with having to work. I’ve been to this place before (not during this pandemic), the one front lady had an attitude then (same lady). But luckily this place has another amazing staff to make up for her.

I usually come here for something minor. The nurse did a wonderful job of asking some questions and getting me in. The provider was friendly, however she never asked any questions or performed a full exam. She just listed to my chest and looked at my throat. Again no questions were asked about my symptoms. I was also prescribed meds but was told not to full the script unless I felt worse ina couple of days. I found that kind of odd considering there was nothing else mentioned from the provider during the visit. Wasn’t the worst service but definitely under par. I did not feel as if I was medically assessed by the provider as I should have been considering I had been sick for several day prior and the COVID test was negative . I will most likely return but would appreciate more communication from the provider to understand fully what is going on with my health

I went in for a Covid test and feel as though I was not tested properly. The nurse hardly put the swab into my nose at all. Of course my test came back negative but I feel as though it should have been positive given all the symptoms I am experiencing. I will be forced to go get another test again. I feel like my visit today was a waste of my time.

we received excellent care at this urgent care and would highly recommend it to other families. We went in with my daughter for a Covid test and the doctor was so thorough to make sure we got excellent care to find out what actually was going on with her because she did not test positive for Covid. great quality care. I also had to call back to get a note for her school and they took care of everything

Easy in easy out. I needed a C19 test to fly, as I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask safely. Per American Airlines Policy, beside the documentation from my Dr. I also had to show proof of a negative result 72 hours prior. Because I came in from Philadelphia on Monday and wasn’t leaving Oklahoma till Friday, I was worried about finding a place in a strange state! They made it super easy for me.

I went in for a Covid test 72 hours prior to traveling to Italy. The staff was efficient, professional and very nice. The facility was immaculate. I made an appointment on line from my phone and was in and out with my paper test results in about 30 minutes. I would go back to First Med Urgent Care without hesitation and would highly recommend it to my family and friends. 5 stars!

Dr wasn't very thorough...just dismissed with "see this all the time"...not great bedside manner. Nurse was WORSE...she never smiled or was at all friendly...actually no one did. She was rude.. And I work in Healthcare where we are especially focused on good customer service. I've been here before...Dr not thorough...dismissed like "see all the time"...although I've been sick 3days...offered me Covid test which had second thoughts so did it...but said "up to you"...no compassion...Nurse was TERRIBLE...rude...never smiled...couldn't find my pharmacy online...come on...Google it! Been going there for years... Would not recommend this team...not this round...Im in healthcare...we demonstrate compassion and friendly attitude! Step it up folks...you serve a community who needs good service!

As soon as I walked into the clinic I was welcomed with open arms. Was greeted by the front staff Kristen who was just a doll. Then she proceeded to help me in the back and gave me my TB test with such excellent skill. The provider tiffany smiled very nicely at me. The other short red head in the back was so kind she even gave me candy. Will come back!

Was here for Covid test. Received bad info from customer service. They said there was no where to get a rapid covid-19 test within a hundred miles of my location. But when I called back and pressed in they found out that there were tests over at the Midwest City office and I just had to be there early. It would be nice if you tell people the truth

Idabel Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
