Everything was good except for one thing... She did the quick results in front of me and I was very surprised and unprepared for one of the results to be a non-negative. It turned out to be because of a prescription that I'm on. It was very unsettling. They should ask about prescriptions and/or provide a list of medications that will affect the results. We have enough anxiety in society already.

I have been here multiple times this month & every time it’s the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I really don’t have the words to adequately describe how truly special this place is! Brittney & Tiffany are my favorites! They are unbelievable humans & I’m so blessed to have met these amazing women! I feel so seen, & genuinely cared for each person here is amazing as well, it’s not just 1 or 2 people it’s the whole staff & Dr’s. I wish I could make this my primary care it’s that special! I thank God for this clinic. Thank you AFC!

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I had a very nice experience with it being my first visit at Cary location. Tested me for COVID and when it was negative asked if I wanted flu test to see if that was what I had. Negative for flu. So she listened to my lungs and diagnosed me with bronchitis. Gave me prescription and recommended trying GoodRx for best price due to no insurance. The nicest thing is after negative COVID test she could have just let me leave but wanted to actually take time and diagnose what was going on with me and help me get better. I really appreciate that! Very nice and friendly staff too! Checked in and waited in my car for nurse to call me. I waited maybe 10 minutes and nurse called and told me to come to a door and was right there as soon as I got to door. Walked me to room and had everything for test ready. Did test and told me about 15 minutes and Dr came in about 15 minutes later. Told me it was negative and asked about flu test and did it and it would be about 20-25 minutes and she was back in about that. She then took time to listen to lungs and diagnose me with bronchitis. I was there maybe an hour/ hour and half and most of it was the time it took for tests to be run. But they were in the room after tests were finished right at time they said it would be to run. I did not have to sit and wait forever for someone to finally come back in each time they ran a test, they were right back in after each one. That was very nice since I was not feeling well and wanted to be back at home. I recommend anyone needing the COVID test or flu test to go to Cary location bc they are very punctual and actually care about what is wrong with you.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have this ProHealth facility nearby. Even in these crazy times, the facility was, as always, clean, dependable and filled w caring employees. I had called my primary for an appointment, thinking I had a severe sinus infection. Understandably, as some of my symptoms overlapped w COViD 19 symptoms (severe headache, dizziness, nausea), she asked me to go to a (different) urgent care instead. I knew better, and went to Pro-Health immediately. While I had the option to make an appointment online, they were running 3 days out, so I tried my luck, and walked in. I knew I could count on their safety protocols. I was the only person in the large waiting room. There was a receptionist on the phone when I arrived, it wasn’t 5 seconds later that a second appeared, took my info (I wanted a rapid COVID 19 test first, in case). He apologetically explained that he would call me on my cell when it was time to come in. I laughed: under the circumstances, I expected to wait upwards of 3 hours! They texted me a link, and I filled out paperwork in the car, then rec’d a link letting me watch my exact place in line, in real time. Clearly, they have some staff dealing w walk-ins, and others with those w appts. I was called in less than 50 mins later! This was my first COVID test, and we’ve all heard stories about that nasal/“brain” swab! This technician was thorough, but gentle. No sudden poke, but gentle twisting in both nostrils, sure to get at different parts of each nostril. I was asked to wait in the room for results, which came back (negative🤗) in less than a half hour. The Dr who came in to follow up about my sinus infection was professional and personable. As I’d had no fever, and was already taking Flonase, he started me on a 6 day course of steroids. 2 1/2 days in, and I already see an improvement!! I have used Pro-Health for years, whenever I was unable to see my primary. I have never once been disappointed. How they can handle the amount of people they are, while keeping patients apart, is nothing short of amazing!

Everything was ok, except for the fact of my having a 9am confirmed appointment (for which I was asked to be there 10 minutes early - so at 8:50AM, which I was!). I didn't know whether to go in to the waiting room or actually wait in the car (though my text had said I should wait in the car, I didn't know if that meant until my appointment time of 9am or when I could actually be seen!). I went in to the waiting room about 7 minutes after 9AM to check & after speaking with the clerk, was told to wait in my car & that the wait time could be an hour PLUS to be seen (mainly due to other walk-ins that had been there when the doors opened at 8AM & didn't have appointments!). I had booked this 9am appointment to get a rapid Covid test (due to my grandchildren having contracted it while I was visiting them in another state the previous week). In most offices, if you have an appointment time scheduled, you are called or seen very close to that time. I wasn't seen for another 45 minutes after my appointment time!! When I was messaged to come into the waiting room, I was again asked to have a seat until my name was called. That happened about 5 minutes later, so I was thankful for that. As I had an important legal phone call that I was required to be at home by 10:30AM for this morning, I was now getting very stressed for getting the test done & leaving so I could get home for this required phone call. I understand the need for getting medical info from a patient and answered all of the med techs questions, but feel I could have answered all of them online (as I have for other doctors I must see also) and saved at least 10 minutes time. Maybe expanding the online information pages to collect history, medications, etc, would help expedite the process more! After the med tech finally got my Covid test done, she ushered me into yet another room (now 2 rooms that would have to be sanitized after I'd left them -IF they indeed are!?!) to sit and wait for my result. I was in that room about 2 minutes when yet another medical person (a man this time) came in to talk with me about the test & what the results could show. It was at this point I reminded him I had already been vaccinated & had no symptoms & asked if they could call me when they got my results as I HAD to get HOME for this phone call (which was to be a hour and 1/2 AFTER my appointment time was scheduled for a simple Covid test. I literally FLEW across town to get home so I could hit the bathroom before the phone began ringing, which it did as soon as I was back to my desk at home only a minute later! Unless I am there at the front door at 8am, I doubt I'll go back to this office again as time doesn't seem to be in my best interest there. Put more online for completing the patient's history prior to them showing up for their appointment (which...oh...may be up to an hour or more later than they've been requested to show for!). Sure would speed up the slow process I think~

I have know Dan Murtha thru business networking, many years. He has always dine amazing work with overall operation. I got to witness that when I set up and had a COVID test. I called s few days ahead, to schedule. The lovely female staff member instructed me that if I fo online to register the day before (8am is when schedule is set up for next day) that I should be able to get 3 appts in together, without trouble. Wed, I had alittle difficulty registering my hubby. I called and spoke to Clinical staff member Erica. She assisted me with online registration. I was stressed with the idea that my hubby had been exposed to the virus, and myself and my mother in law also had to be tested. I wanted to make sure that all 3 of us were tested in 10 min time frames consecutively. Erica was compassionate to my needs, registering us from her end. I was able to fill out insurance from my phone easily. I liked how I was informed via text, and could check my wait time. I arrived 20 mins early, and did not have a long wait time. Outside of building looked clean and neat. Inside was decorated in relaxing neutral colors with a modern feel. Immaculate! Very large waiting area allowed seating to be properly spaced, and then some! Aliki Galandos took our info from car, called us to come in, and brought us back to complete testing. She was patient, answering all of our questions cheerfully. She explained process and allowed time for any other questions.(first time for all of us!). She explained timing of pcr test results, and how to retrieve them thru Lab Corp online. Excellent experience. We left extremely satisfied. I have always referred family and friends to this Urgent Care since I met Dan, and saw his passion regarding his extremely well run front end staff and clinical team. This week I got to witness the great care myself, and I was not disapointed!

I had a rapid Covid test on 8/19/21, my birthday, at the site behind Ace hardware Kihei. I got a call back about 3 hours later from a young lady, believe her name was Kate. She informed that I tested positive and to quarantine myself for the next 10 days and if my symptoms got worse to call for further medical help. 10 minutes later she called back and apologized saying after reviewing my file further she saw that I might be eligible for a Special treatment for over 65ers and if i was interested she would set me up with a video appointment with a doctor to discuss further. I told her I would think about it. 20 minutes later I called her # back and of course it went to a message for MMUC and gave me a # to call to get help. I called the number and after getting to the third prompt I got a call from the original number and it was Kate(?) asking if I tried to call back to which said yes that I wanted to to talk to a doctor. While on the phone with her she set me up with video appointment 1 1/2 hrs later. My appointment was at 4:20 with Dr. Michael Jackowitz. He asked some questions, did some calculations, filled out a form and said he would send it over to the hospital put that I probably wouldn't hear back till sometime Friday after he talked to his contact at the hospital to which I thanked him. 2 hrs later Maui Memorial hospital called me back with an appointment for the next day to receive the Monoclonal antibody treatment which I did receive Friday 8/20/21. Beginning this morning I have been pain free and fever free and my other symptoms are diminishing. Because the young lady that called me to give me my results and then call back not once but twice then Dr. Jackowitz took the time from his busy day to fill out a form and apparently push it through an overloaded system, I received my best birthday present ever, better health and Hope and for those I will be forever grateful to both of these special people. Thank you Minut Medical for hiring people who care. God Bless you all, David Flemming

I will start off by saying I have used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. However, this one is a different story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. As she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said “did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu”. I had explained to the APN that I had just tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that’s what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that’s what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated “your lungs sound fine”. She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent us on our way telling us it was most likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I’m glad I advocated for myself and didn’t settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I’m scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think it’s always wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I have been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweet LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I have been extremely sick for four days now and I have been here several times and I always had a great experience but this time they did not offer to take my temperature or check my oxygen all they did was take my blood pressure The doctor did listen to my breathing and then they give me a shot and the doctor told me he was going to give me some medicine they did not do an x-ray on my chest which is extremely congested and feels like I have a horse on top of me it was late when I got there and I understand they were tired and ready to go home but still yet when a sick person comes in you would think they would take care of them as they would if it was in the morning. I was very disappointed and I am still very sick and will probably end up having to go to the hospital maybe that’s where I should’ve went to begin with but I will not use Sevierville Hospital so I have to go to Knoxville and I have no energy and really don’t know that I want to make that drive by myself. I know you can call an ambulance but I don’t feel like this is an emergency but if my breathing does not get better maybe it will be. I just feel like they could have done more as far as check me out instead of just giving me a shot and a Z pack and prednisone and sent me home. I really just feel like they should’ve checked my oxygen they should’ve checked my temperature and they should’ve at least done a chest x-ray I was just very disappointed this time. I recommend them because it is always been a good place but I’m trying to just make it out as the fact that they close at eight and I got there at seven so they were ready to go home. I tested negative for Covid but not that I want that Q-tip shoved up in my nose but I really don’t think they are testing right because it just barely went up in my nose. I feel like they should do a different type of Covid test if they don’t know how to put the Q-tip in the nasal and actually get a good swab. Just makes me wonder do I have Covid and have I exposed others so I am being very safe at home and staying away from everyone because I am so sick I have no energy and I really can’t drive right now. And I don’t really have anyone to help me because everyone has a life and it’s kind of hard to ask them to stop what they’re doing to take me to the doctor that may take hours you never know. I just thought that urgent care was my best bet because it has always been in the past this time I really just feel like they were done with the day and wanted out of there. If I’m not better in a few days I’m going to have to go to the hospital and I don’t want to. Then I will be exposed to all those germs that has been brought in there. I have a very low immune system and catch everything and anything so I’m scared to go to the hospital but at the same time if I get worse or do not get better I’m going to have to when I really feel like the urgent care could’ve helped me better than they did.

I arrived at 8:30am so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go back to your car & fill out paperwork. I tried to retrieve paperwork but couldn’t find it. I then called the office #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr’s referral. She then rudely transferred me to a main # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. Then one person said to someone you have to take photo of a code to get you paperwork. I then tried to get photo which took several try’s. I returned to my car & filled it out. It was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted it & received a note saying their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a clip board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to wait in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. So I did but was concerned because I was the 2nd car there at 8:30am & had all these other patients before me. At 10:30am I was text to come in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window again & was told someone would come out to get me. I then was called to enter the room. The nurse was nice in asking me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular test & she said yes. She also explained the wait period for results. I was given the test with a protruding stick going into each nostril for 7 seconds in each nostril. She said it would tickle but it didn’t. It was only slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to smell a alcohol swab. She was very nice & concerned. I felt confident & comfortable with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

Myself and 2 other people were getting tested for the dreaded co-vid virus all in the same vehicle. We did drive up to the urgent facility and do things there because we were not sure how the process went. After talking to the practitioner which by the way was totally awesome we waited for about 30 minutes. We then proceeded to call the front desk back and just asked how much longer because the practitioner said it shouldn't be much longer after we got off the call with her. The person at the front which was very impersonal said she didn't know. They were very busy. So we continued our wait and an hour has gone by. Finally the guy came out and said he had been waiting for the front to let him know. He was wondering why no one had let him know. By the way he is the only one that does the tests for them. He apologized for the mix up and was very awesome. If it had not been for him coming outside on his own we would probably still be there....... I didn't rate the time because it was ridiculous so less than 1. I didn't rate the staff because I just rated the front desk. It was also less than 1. I did comment about the two people that we dealt with and I give them a 10. The visit could have been all stars if it hadn't been for the one person that is the hub of the facility. They need to start back with any classes 101. I've worked in a doctors office before and the front desk controls the office. That area needs much improvement. These are very hard times and I don't mind to wait my turn but we should have been out of there about 10 to 20 minutes after we got off the phone with the practitioner. Just wanted to say my piece!

As a person who is highly anxious of being poked and prodded by a doctor or dentist, I believe that I couldn’t have had a better experience than the one I had when I went in for a nasal swab at 1:40pm on Tuesday, February 16th at the Aurora Avenue test site. The greeter/intake gal, Tyler, was very friendly and kind and addressed my anxiety when I told her it was my first Covid test and that I was really scared. She assured me that it was quick and not any more uncomfortable that when you mix your wasabi/soy a little too strong at the sushi restaurant. Then, thanks be to God, the administrator of the test, Matt, was extremely patient with me (I am grateful that I thought to go at a not busy time so that I didn’t feel extra anxiety thinking I was holding up the queue). He described what would happen, how long it would take, and told me it would be okay. This helped me stop being jittery and relax enough to give it a try. I got really scared with the first attempt and how it felt, and Matt immediately yet gently removed the swab so that I could take a break. I asked him if it was going to go in further than that and he said “Oh yes” and I immediately started crying, hard. (This would be my only request of him the next time I perhaps have to see him: to intonate causally the ‘yes’ in order to help to minimize anxious patients’ fears going into a second attempt. Other than that little Matt let me take the time I needed (45+ seconds I’d imagine) to collect myself to try again, and suggested I step back to lean on the wall to support myself and be able to relax more. That helped enough to perform the swabs (1 in each nostril), along with his verbal comforting while doing the swab, and it helped me A LOT (I emphasize this) that he counted down the last 4 seconds. I cried again afterwards out of shame for falling apart (I am nearly 40 years old), and Matt told me I did a great job and allowed an elbow bump, though I wish I could’ve given him a hug. Thank you Matt. And Tyler! Heather the midday, middle-aged five year old.

My experience was pretty good. The nursing staff and doctors were lovely. The front office Consierge was super focused on the paper work side of the house that she got short with me whenI asked her what I thought was a relevant question. I don’t think she meant to be short but when a person is not feeling well, the mantra from the providers should be “people first”. What happened was that because of my symptoms, I qualified for a rapid test. She told me that I would receive my results within 24 hours. I curiously said to her “I thought this was a rapid test” and she impatiently said: “there are a lot of people ahead of you”. I felt the comment sting a bit and pushed back by saying “you did not have to be rude/short”. She then went on to explain that the Poulsbo branch only has one testing machine. Once that was explained to me, it made sense. My point is. Is that slowing down, offering eye contact, and kindly explaining that information up front would have saved me from asking what, to her, appeared to be a dumb question. It made me feel stupid - especially because there were other guests in the lobby. I am pretty certain that the other guests standing there would have liked an answer to my question. To be fair, she was really efficient and I think she was doing a good job and her best. I am merely sharing this as “coaching & learning” opportunity - as a Consierge, she is the window to your company. What the patient sees, hears, and feels at the front desk is as powerful as the care they receive behind a closed door. The young lady that helped me has it mostly right - it would help her to always remember that each person that walks through that door has a story and, they may not know Indigo’s story. It is her job to educate and put the patients at ease. Even so, I would recommend the clinic. I realize that everyone is under a lot of stress. Thank you all for your support and help today with me and my girls.

I never went inside. ALL Covid testing and sign-up was done outside by instructions clearly stated on their front door and windows…. and I briefly waited comfortably in my car. Easy to navigate the website. Quick test and fast results! My only concern is in re: to the paper result copy you get. It looks almost “homemade” and is in funky print black-n-white. A colored document would “appear” so much more professional and legit. I just hope the “professional Concert event” that I’m attending this weekend will except it as real and legitimate, and won’t think that I made it up myself. It honestly looks like something I could have typed up at home by pulling some “standard form” off the Internet. I am one of those people that came here to get a test NOT because I was ill, but because I needed to show that I have had a TRUE negative result in the past 48-72hrs. as is REQUIRED by this facility, and which I DID!! I thought : “YES, I am UN-vaccinated (for my own personal reasons) but, I am WELL, and I can therefore attend a performance in a very nice and well established performance hall, likely even sitting shoulder to shoulder, because I Legitimately went out of my way to make this test happen.” However, this doc falls short of “appearing” top-notch professional, EVEN THOUGH everyone I came in contact with either by phone or in person at this facility was incredibly professional! An identification stamp, an attached colored brochure representing the clinic, or even a “live” signature (added just before handing it to me) would’ve been better than this. I am just hoping and praying that this works to admit me to this special event, which was always my intent for doing this in the 1st place. Maybe my comments here will help in some small way to improve the professionalism of the documentation that you receive after getting your test done. Everything else about this facility was extremely pleasant and swift. And the employees were terrific! Wait Time = wonderful. Check-in = swift. Booked thru my smart phone. My cost for this test is YTBD due to not knowing up front, because I never called my insurance provider 1st. But I wasn’t worried about that from the get-go. It’s a great place to SUPPORT!!

Should have just waited for the snow day to pass and have come here on Tuesday instead of going to CVS on that snowy Monday when the Montgomery County clinics were closed! CVS was pretty impersonal, the directions for the packaged test materials were very unclear, and I waited 3 days only to get an inconclusive result! Not here, though! These wonderful people at Montgomery County, however, are on the ball! Night and day difference! This was the second time I've been tested here. The first was in December due to a possible exposure from someone who helped my husband and I move. And this time, it was simply because my best friend lives in an over-65 life-plan community which has nearly everyone there now vaccinated but is requiring immediate family to either quarantine for 10 days or have a negative test within 72 hours of a visit. And I hadn't had lunch with her since mid-November. She just had a knee replacement and hasn't been able to drive. I am almost 40 and healthy, but the isolation at home here with my husband is really crushing me, even though I'm grateful he is here with me and I'm not totally alone. I've been unemployed for almost 8 years, and not for lack of trying. Anyway..... The staff here is wonderful. They give very clear instructions, are very caring and kind, and even seemed to have taken my suggestions from the last feedback about putting a clear check-in sign up over one window and having a designated spot for one person at a time to self swab outdoors! Best of all, both times I've gotten (thankfully negative) results back within only 24 hours or even less! Will definitely come back here when I want to visit my friend again. And I will *only" go here from now on! Lol! Great job!

This is my first experience I have a disability and use a power wheelchair that doctor on telehealth unfortunately there were technical issues, she immediately called my phone - heard my situation. She made sure I did not have to get out of my van and accommodated me which is rare at times and considering I'm not feeling well I really appreciate it them saving you the struggle of going into the facility I believe that gentleman who came & took my test is Zamesh, I'm not 100% sure how to spell it he was so kind and after struggling all day to find somewhere to take this test I was so thankful for the extended hours you have I was shocked by now places like CVS do not offer the hours for testing past 5:00 p.m. I lucked out on Google search. And I cannot administer a self-test in a place like CVS so that was another thing your facility does that I would highly recommend this to my family and friends exception for the wait time for the video call they did explain to me when I call them while waiting they were very busy but if you take that much time. Again I highly regardless place as a place for people like myself people with mobility disabilities and the elderly. As I said it's location and the services offered for adults I wish you did offer other services for adults but this was a lightsaver for me. Thank you again..I'm new to solv the only thing I did not like was not having the ability to scan in my secondary insurance that I had to manually enter and I was not too happy that I had to enter my SS# just for privacy reasons I would have rather done that at the facility.

This is my 3rd time over the past few months that I have been to this location for Covid testing. The first 2 times everything & everyone was AMAZING!! This time I also came for a Covid test and the staff Stacy that was assigned to take my vitals as well as perform my Covid test was THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE from her attitude to her poor bedside manner and want to be argumentative with me when I asked for someone else to do my test. The first issue was when she went to take my temperature with the “under tongue” thermometer and I pulled my mask down she said “no keep your mask on” and was about to insert the thermometer in MY NOSE! Then she corrected herself and proceeded to take it under my tongue. Next she starts to perform my Covid swab test and aggressively dug deep in my nose and swirled the swab more then 15 or so times AGGRESSIVELY...when I moved in discomfort she rudely said “you need to stay still” When I explained to her that this is my 3rd Covid test here and nobody else aggressively dug that deep and long she rudely said “well we all have our own technique” At that point I asked for someone else to perform the test and Wendy came in and did so with ease! As I was explaining to Wendy what the issue was with Stacy all of a sudden Stacy popped back into the explain herself. When I was done I spoke with the office manager Jessica and she was also very professional & pleasant like all of the other staff besides Stacy. I will continue to use this facility but not Stacy. Even if she was having a bad day like we all do sometimes...her unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I went to the Ron’s River office and had a reservation. I was late but I called the office earlier in the day and they said they would note that I was late. The lady was very iunderstanding about. However when I arrive, yes I was pass my time and the receptionist was was trying to help me but I got upset. However, this lady Sandy or Sandra came from behind the back and was extremely rude. I take accountability for the way I was w the receptionist when I arrived but I was only there for a pre-op COVID19 test. I told the lady Sandy or Sandy that I was going to report her. I left very disappointed, upset and never experienced that kind inappropriate and unprofessional behavior there before. It was important that I have this test at certain time before surgery. I waited a little while after I regrouped myself and called the office back. I spoke with an extremely kind and courteous woman Nicole that explained how the reservation works and that it’s not really appointment but rather a place in the cue. I appreciated her help and professional in informing me how it works when scheduling online. She told me I was still in the system and I would have a 20-30 minute wait but when I got there to come check in. As soon as I arrived Nicole was on the phone but the receptionist that was there earlier asked if I was Blaisa and brought me right in the back. I apologized to her about I reacted earlier and then Nicole got off the phone and I thank her for being accommodating and that I appreciated it. When the girl brought me to the room, I apologized again. I now feel great with my experience and will reconfirm that office.

I came in to the facility at 2:21pm gave my name and was told to fill out the iPad and then wait in my car. As such, I went to my car and completed the paperwork online as indicated. This all wrapped up probably by 2:30pm. Then at 3:26pm the facility called to verify my name and why I was there I told her I was waiting for a PCR covid test and that I’m in a Hyundai palisade. She asked me a few more questions and then said she’d be right out. Called me again at 3.29p to ask what type of car I’m in. I explained that I’m in a Hyundai palisade. She said ok I’ll be right out. At 3.53pm I called and spoke to receptionist and said I’m waiting in the parking lot for a PCR Covid test and they said they’d be out shortly to administer the test but they haven’t come out yet and I was wondering if she is having trouble finding my car. The receptionist asked me to hold, came back and said that she just spoke to the girl and that she said I’m ok to go. And I said I am? Even though I haven’t received what it is I’m here to receive…a PCR COvid test. The receptionist said that the girl told her she already tested me and I assured her that no one has been out to my car. Eventually the girl came out and performed the procedure and told me that she thought the last person she did was me. So after spending 1 and 1/2 hours in your parking lot do to confusion, when I do get my results…I’m not 100% confident that the results are mine or those of someone else’s that she thought was me and possibly mislabeled and sent in. Very concerning. And when I arrived the waiting room had one person in there so backlog wasn’t the issue.

I originally could not find a place that have a turn around time needed to accommodate my travel, after much searching I came across this place. I live in New Orleans and drove twice to Baton Rouge for assistance and it was worth the drive and I would do it all over again. The entire staff was readily and willing to assist. Steven Presley was very professional, patient, kind and understanding. Both he and Talaina Robertson went above and beyond to ease my worries with being able to fulfill the requirements needed for my travel. They both took their time to answer any questions I have and made sure I understood what was needed. They even went above and beyond by me forwarding the emails from the place I was traveling, took their time to read them and help me interpret what was required. They are great leaders and the reflection of their leadership is passed on through the entire staff. From the front desk to nurses administering the test was willing to answer your questions. I was having difficulty understanding the requirements and emailed and communicated with both Steven and Talaina on numerous occasions, sometimes asking the same questions and the both were understanding and patient and made sure I understood. Both after hours responded to any email I sent and Steven promptly returned my phone calls to answer any question I had. It was worth the drive and I will continue to patronize their business for the exceptional service I received from them and the staff. Truly a 5 star company!! I would like Steven and Talaina to know I appreciate their professionalism and patience. They truly want their clients to have a great experience! I would like to thank them again and their staff! Their staff professionalism is an example of their leadership, great all around! Great place and worth the 1 hour 30 minute drive twice.

I try to get a COVID test today, I have downloaded the app and ask me to check in once I arrived. My appointment is 12:20pm and I checked in at 12:00pm, and app told me no one in front of me, but no one calls me in as well, I thought they will text me when is my turn. So I wait in my car. Until the time, still no text messages or nothing, so I walked in. And the rep seems like don’t even know I have an appointment today, and keep asking me all different questions, like are you Anna, I am like no, I am xx. And she is asking r you get vaccines today, I said no, I am here for testing. And she keep asking all other questions on the form which I already filled out on the web. I just wondering the app not really communicating to the clinic, so the rep keep asking me all the same questions again. The second thing is once I sit in the little office, the nurse instead measuring my height and weight, she asking me what is my height and weight to fill out the form. So I provided the answer. She tried to measure my blood pressure, and the number not coming out, and at the end she gave up, and didn’t have my blood pressure. The last thing is when I sit in the little office to wait for my result since I order the rapid test. I saw the sink is dirty with all the water spot on the surface. The one time use ear measurements not full and no one filling up. And the doctor walked in at the end to do a summarize, and her white coat is actually very dirty with black and yellow color around the pockets areas. She probably wear it for a while. But the test results turn out with in 15min, and I am negative. This is what I want to know.

I called at 2:00 PM to see if the facility had any rapid COVID-19 tests. They informed me they did and they told me I could either walk in or make an appointment. I made an appointment for 4:15 PM. I figured that if I went in at 2 as a walk in I would probably be seen around the same time since typically appointments are seen first. When I arrived, at 4:00 PM I checked in and there were about 5 patients in front of me. I waited for 45 minutes. I asked if they had any updates on when I could possibly be seen as I was now 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was informed that they only had one provider in and they would not be able to provide me with that information. I will say the staff was more than accommodating, apologetic, and helpful. They provided my daughter a toy and a snack. Around 5:30 I had to leave to go get my son. When I arrived back at 5:50, I waited about 10 more minutes before being placed in a room at 6:00. The triage was quick, and the rapid test was done around 6:05. I noted the times because I had two kids with me who were tired and hungry. The rapid test takes about 30-45 minutes to get results. So I figured I would be out of there by 7. My daughter has breathing problems and needed a breathing treatment by 7:30. At 7, I had to leave without seeing a doctor. After 3 hours, I couldn’t wait any longer to be told whether or not I had COVID-19. A quick one second yes or no would have satisfied. However, I was informed they would be throwing out the test and I couldn’t receive results because I was unwilling to wait any longer. I understand they are understaffed, but then don’t make so many appointments. Walk-ins we’re also being taken before appointments. I witnessed this with 2 separate individuals who stated after asking if they needed an appointment, that they would just be walk-ins. I am so disappointed that I wasted 3 hours of my time to get a simple test, and I couldn’t even get results because I have kids I have to take care of. They need to rethink their patient queue and amount of appointments they are allowing with only one provider on staff.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
