Have been battling a cough and congestion for a few days and was encouraged to visit urgent care to get checked out. Had prior experience at this center with no issues. Walked in around 11:30 was checked in by about 11:45. It took them two hours just to bring me back and another hour to be seen by the physician on duty. Care was fine as well as prescribed medications but the length of time to get seen was atrocious.

Coughing all night, chest & head hurt.  Got an appointment early, did not wait long at all, the doctor was great. Sent a prescription to CVS  and feel much better knowing I don’t have COVID, flu or RSV.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Got tested the day before my birthday, though I had forgotten until one of the staff wished me a happy early birthday, brightened up my day a bit :)

Administering a COVID test to my special needs 5year old has been very challenging each time he has to be tested. The staff at the clinic were beyond kind, calm and as helpful as possible, given the difficulties. I really appreciated their compassion and support as we tried to administer the test. Thank you!

The two young ladies working at the Lansdale Covid Testing site on Jan. 7th were very nice, provided information and explained in detail how to perform the self test. Was a very quick and pleasant experience.

I am thoroughly impressed with Montgomery County’s entire testing process, including the accessibility at locations, the availability of appointments, the complete professionalism mixed with friendliness of the staff, and the turnaround time for results. Great job, Montco!!

I've never seen this efficient of a government service before in my life. It took less than two minutes from the time I got in line to the time I turned in my swab, and it was very easy to fill out the paperwork online. I am very thankful for the workers who manned this testing site.

Quick and easy. Very good guidance and expectation setting for me as a first time test taker. Like “it might feel like when you get water up your nose” was very helpful.

- Verified patient on 1/11

I was able to sign up with no wait. Staff were pleasant and professional, giving very clear instructions. Staff also answered a question I had about my husband not having gotten his test results yet. Very efficient process overall.

- Verified patient on 2/3

This is my 5th test this year. I had one at Montco, one in the hospital, and 2 at rite aid. This was the MOST convenient one of them all. Also the quickest.

- Verified patient on 1/20

I was a little early. Walked right up and was greeted immediately. Identity was confirmed. I received instructions on administering the test. All staff were clear with directions and respectful in their manner. I was done in 3 minutes.

- Verified patient on 4/7

So easy. Only PCR testing facility I use. And because we are in the system Mako gets back to us usually within a day of testing. I have recommended this facility to many people.

- Verified patient on 2/10

The staff made a slightly anxious experience easy and fast. We really appreciated it, hope you all stay well and thank you for making the testing process so simple.

All of the staff do excellent work; I am grateful to be able to readily and safely get tested for covid to ensure my parents’ health safety comes first during this Caron’s virus pandemic! Thank you one and all for providing excellent service!!

All the staff at this site do a wonderful job! I am VERY GRATEFUL to be tested for covid to maximally ensure my parents- in their 90’s- remain covid free as I continue to help them in their move. THANK YOU!

I get tested before and after every trip I've taken, event I've attended, & when exposed to large numbers of people at work. This clinic is my favorite. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, usually I'm the only one there, and it's quick & easy. Results usually come back next day. Highly recommend.

- Verified patient on 3/4

People were great and I had my Covid test results in less than 24 hours. The test was on a Friday afternoon. I didn't expect the results until at least Monday and I got them Saturday morning.

My experience was great. Arrived at the site at 8:58 for a 9:00 appointment and was back in my car at 9:03. I have had other tests done by Montco and they have all gone as well. Commissioner Arkoosh has done an incredible job since the very beginning of this pandemic. Thank you Montco.

Staff was very friendly. It was my first test so they took extra care to make sure I understood the instructions and how to obtain my results. Thank you!

The COVID Testing was done outside and nothing like the U-Tube Video where it shows you doing it in your car! The Staff Ladies were very courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions in a very patient manner!

Lansdale Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
