So I booked this appointment last night for 9 AM this morning. We are the first appointment of the day we did online check-in. We were there at nine. We had to wait 25 minutes because the nurse practitioner on Saturday was late and then we were in and out in 15 minutes I think she rushed it because she was already behind

We’ve gone to this location for many years and the condition of the office has worsened with each visit. The equipment has wired exposed, the walls are scratched and have holes in the Sheetrock, and the wait time with appointments has grown longer and longer. We wait between 1-2.5 hours to even see the NP every time.
