I scheduled online for a 10:15 appointment. Arrived at 10:10, signed my papers, and was called back by 10:20. All staff members, from front desk, nurse and Brandi Yeager, FNP-C who saw me were great and very friendly. I have visited the facility several times, and have always felt I was provided great care. I highly recommend them for all your medical needs.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall a good visit. Main concern was that many people were coming in to get covid testing and the chairs in the waiting room hadn’t been wiped down at all while I was there. And I’m not certain if they were disinfecting the pens and clipboards being used by patients

Went for COVID test. Nurse was very good all around and the PA was very informative and polite. Great job overall.

Made appointment online for covid-19 testing and still had to wait 45 minutes. Staff entered my information that I was a male. I am female. Instead of reprinting she had me sign. I scratched out and wrote in female. She said she corrected on the computer but my results from the lab showed me as a male. I think that should not have happened.

Just got a travel required brain swab test. Friendly staff, easy in and out.

Very nice, correct procedure for collection of covid test

This was my first time at this facility but I would recommend it to anyone. I left feeling much better than I went in. My follow up testing was scheduled right away and they called with the results within hours. The staff were all courteous. I’d definitely go back again if ever needed.

Staff is friendly and professional. My covid test was the quickest I have ever had during this “crazy” pandemic. Definitely recommended.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care we received at integrity urgent care. We had to get Covid tested, but we were able to do the paperwork online prior to the appointment. We were able to book the appointment online, too! The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Wonderful! We came here to try to get COVID tested prior to traveling in 3 days. The PA explained what type of test we needed and was able to test us instantly! This saved our travel plans. Everyone was so sweet!

- Verified patient on 2/18

Quick and friendly service! Wasn’t looking forward to being covid tested but it went much better than expected.

- Verified patient on 2/7

Wait time was extended due to COVID tests but rest of it was great as usual!

- Verified patient on 9/30

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. I’ll definitely return there if I need any tests in the future. I booked my appointment online and filled out the forms as well. Since I had already filled out the paperwork, I did wonder why I had to do it again thus making my wait time a little longer.

My son and I have been in a few times for COVID testing and they are so quick. professional and compassionate. We will continue using Integrity through this COVID crisis and beyond. I would recommend this urgent care facility to all-

I can’t remember our Doctors name but he and his nurse were phenomenal! They did the in nose Covid test on my 6 year old with no tears on her part. Very gentle and caring. Will most certainly recommend this urgent care to anyone whom asks.

Fantastic visit!! All of the staff was super friendly. My daughter was getting tested, and the nurse went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, even giving the test in a more child-friendly manner. The PA was outstanding! She was so nice and supportive, and she took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Elise was relatable and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this care to anyone!

- Verified patient on 8/9

We scheduled appointments for our family to have Antibody testing done. We arrived a bit before our appt and we called in shortly after our appt time to have our blood drawn together. Kate was the nurse / phlebotomist who drew our blood and she was awesome. We would highly recommend the clinic for your health services.

- Verified patient on 9/6

I was very impressed with how professional, fast and easy it was to visit the clinic and get tested for Covid and get the results within 15 minutes. I will definitely tell family and friends about Integrity Care.

- Verified patient on 2/19

First of all, I had to sign in for the very first time at the Physicians Center and fill out 3 pages of paperwork which was very easy but then I had to wait for a long time but as soon as I was seen by the nurse it was very quick and I had to wait a while to see the Dr and he was respectful, polite, well mannered, caring, blunt, nice, a very good listener, every single question that I had for the Dr he had answered it and in full details, he helped me completely understand a lot about Covid-19 and the Covid-19 test, what the test looks for, what are the symptoms COVID-19, the guidelines for the CDC, how to prevent someone else from getting Covid-19, he assisted in getting me in getting a Dr’s excuse for my leave of absence from work so I wouldn’t spread Covid-19 if I ended up getting it, and he was the best Dr that I have ever had and held a conversation with seriously! The Dr that had seen me today 06-24-21 should be recognized for his words and his actions and I would recommend anyone to this particular Dr J Hancock PA-C and I would go back to see him if I ever have anything medical problems in the future! Thank you very much Dr J Hancock you are a real doctor that actually cares about people, their health, helping others, how to resolve any am illness, and how to prevent the spread of an illness Sir! May God bless you, your family, the staff there at the Physicians Center, and the entire world…

Bryan Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
