I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Wait time was a little longer than expected, but not too bad, considering I had no appointment and was my first visit. Even the nurses here seem to be extremely knowledgable. Masks required and see spray cleaner used very often. I feel comfortable coming here during these times and am pleased with the quality of care. They provide PCR tests for coronavirus btw. Got result (negative, phew) in two days through online portal access they email you.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

We had pre-registered appointments for 3, (single household, 1 car) 5 min. apart and the took care of it all at once. You never know if they’ll say you can’t or get in line again. Everyone was unexpectedly nice and very pleasant. There weren’t too many cars but a steady flow. A lane opened up right when we got there and the test is quick, painless, and easy. Just blow your nose into the tissue, then swab both nostrils. My results came via text, but status can be checked via QR code.

I needed a test for travel purposes and arrived early on a snowy Monday morning, expecting to spend most of the morning waiting. The kind wasn’t as long as I thought it would be and moved quickly. When I got to the front, I was directed to one of 4 lanes where my information was taken and I was promptly ushered through to get the test and be on my way. It was much faster and more efficient than the last time I needed a test, the crew was friendly and efficient, and I would highly recommend this testing site.

The service was friendly, fast, and very efficient. They asked if I had any questions to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend getting tested here when you need it. I didn’t have an Appointment but that didn’t seem to make it a difference in the efficiency and weight time. However I can see that having an appointment would be a better option. If there is a next time, I would definitely make an appointment first. It makes it easier on the staff as well.

Awesome. I had received a covid test elsewhere once before and it was a horrible experience. The swab hurt extremely bad. That was several months ago, then a few days ago I'm told I had to go get another covid test. I was terrified but I'd lose my job if I didn't go.. The experience I had with this facility was painless, the whole appt took less than two minutes. Five minutes if you included scheduling the appointment, filling out paper work (all done on online) I appreciate the hard work that this place has done in order to make this testing fast, friendly and pain free. Thank you!

I waited for 2 hours - so many cars - you guys are doing wonderful. Your staff is friendly and personable- you guys are doing great. I really appreciate everyone working and this site being available and so convenient. I was told that the WiFi only worked for 20 minutes at a time - and honestly it doesn’t even matter that the wait was so long because I’m great full your there to test us in the first place.

Chad (AKA “SnotLord509”) I took my entire family of 5 sick children ranging from 3-15 yrs old and myself to the Pasco Test sight. 5 sick children that didn’t want to be out of bed let alone drive a three hour round trip including the hour we spent in line. The line seemed to move quicker than expected and all of the staff was very polite. However, there was one person that stuck out as being very passionate about making a terrible experience, as enjoyable as it could be. By the time we got up to the actually testing tent, my children were all well over being in the car and my oldest daughter who was the sickest of the bunch had already threatened my life several times if I didn’t not get her home so she could go back to bed. We rolled our windows down and Chad proceeded to help administer our tests. One by one, he Gently but thoroughly got us all done. He had all of my kids, who had done nothing but complain and bicker up to this point, laughing with jokes of changing his gamer tag from “BoogerMaster” to “SnotLord509”. They talked and laughed about him all the way back to hermiston. Two of my children came up negative so I came this morning to retest, dragging them out of bed sick at 6am. Wouldn’t you know it, they talked about and requested SnotLord509 to do our tests again. When we got there, he didn’t disappoint. I wish everyone was as passionate about their job.

The staff at the sight this morning at 11am were amazing.. especially Stephanie. She relieved my worries about the miscommunication regarding covid testing for travel. I had made my appt 3 weeks ago and BF Health District site said it was available as a Hawaii Safe authorized testing site. Then Saturday their website said not intended for travel. All the staff there assured me the test was valid and they had NO idea why it said that on BF Health website. I was totally panicked for my flight on Tuesday due to no other options on this area. Can't understand why BF Health Dist website would publish this wrong info and cause pannick and worry. Total lack of faith with BF Health Dist.

I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. I left home in Benton City at 8am and was back home at 9am. The staff processing cars through were all very congenial and efficient at going through the process of directing me to the location where I was to be tested, registering me since I wasn’t preregistered, helping me to collect the test sample, and understand how to get my test results in about 20 minutes. I was very pleased with how I was able to get through this process and get home in about an hour. Thank you all so very, very much!

We have tested several times due to travel, etc, at the CBC Covid Test site. This facility is THE VERY BEST government run or non-private enterprise operation I have encountered in my 74 years. It just keeps getting better and more efficient. There are now 4 lanes of intake, the site opened up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and the staff is courteous, polite, well informed and service oriented. Just SUPERB. Thank you, John Michael Roach MD P.S. : my only concern is why you are closed Wednesday & Thursday. This if MOST troublesome for those needing a PCR test within 72 hours of travel/arrival.

Today was my 2nd time to visit this site. I very much appreciate what everyone does there to help tis very important health issue. Both times I expressed my appreciation for all they do n I expressed it to all there... Reason I just went the 2nd time is because I just got back from Texas n decided for safe measures to get retested. Tried to get tested before I returned but to my surprise, they were charging$75. Per person. I couldn't understand it but here at home. I also yelled at them,"God's blessings to all" for all they do... God's blessings to all involved in keeping our community safe n healthy...😊👍 Xoxoxo ❤️✌️n much 😌🙏😇s...a great job ..

Very little wait time. Perhaps less than 10 minutes. We chose early afternoon so it would hopefully not be as busy as morning. Staff was efficient, helpful and polite. We would have liked to get the test Thursday, but test station is closed Tues/Weds because if my husband does not have Covid, he needs to see doctor and his doctors clinic is closed for weekend. We do appreciate the testing. Thank you for providing this service to the community.

No problems! Signed up ahead of time. No wait, cheerful staff. I tried to do the test for my three year old but he was not having it! So I held his hands away from his face while the staff person took the swab. She seemed a little hesitant because he clearly didn’t want to get swabbed. So I had some question about if she was aggressive enough to get a good sample? I’m glad she was gentle and appreciate that, but also want a good sample so we get an accurate result. But in the end I think it was okay.

Quick and easy I scheduled my appointment on line I was thanked for that which seemed to make the process a lot faster . The guy who tested my son was super polite he gave my son the option to do it himself or have him do it which my son chose him to do it he had my son feel the stick to see that it wasn’t gonna hurt and it was soft which was really nice . All around great experience was out of there less than 15 minutes

This is hands down THE BEST place to receive care for COVID related issues. I have been using the Pasco CBC center as long as they are open and never had any issues. Polite. Proffessional. Knowledgeable. Results are always on time. If I could make one suggestion it would be stay open 7 days a week so I don’t have to go anywhere else. My international travel is much easier when I can use this facility for my COVID testing. Thank you.

I did wish that the people who were at the intake had KN95 masks on. We were asked to roll down the window all the way and I was nervous that the helper only had a one layer cotton mask, especially with cases rising. As they see many people, especially those who have been exposed or have symptoms, I was worried about something coming through that thin layer talking so close. Everyone was very nice but the young man who actually gave us our tests was wonderful and incredibly friendly. His manner really helped lighten the experience. We’re very grateful he was there.

- Verified patient on 2/7

You need to use this opportunity to educate the people waiting in their cars. On the INSIDE of the site fence place a banner that reads, “If you are reading this you should have a mask on. Anyone with symptoms or may have been exposed should wear a mask to protect others.” I couldn’t believe how many people had to be asked to put masks on. If they care enough for their own health to get tested they should have consideration for others. Some people are idiots and have to be told these things.

My experience was quick and painless. Thank you !!!! Too all who have this possible . I have had to leave my own rural community to lock into a sound testing facility. All those who participate in the testing have saved my day !!! I’m vaccinated, so my symptoms seem to be somewhat limited. Again ,Thank you so much ,for the confirmation. P.s. I am curious, in that , did I pick up delta or the original strand of COVID-19 ?

- Verified patient on 8/29

I git lucky and there wasn't a line, but judging how the staff all worked together they were very quick on getting your info and informing you of what's going to happen and getting you tested and out the door or down the road. Everyone was super friendly, everyone spoke very clearly so there was not any miscommunication whatsoever. I've already recommended to a couple of friends to go to this test site if they ever wanted to get a covid test. I appreciate all the workers out there through all of this.

I am from Canada and required a PCR test to get home (long story. but necessary trip). I made an appointment and pre-loaded all my information. When I arrived they found my appointment instantly. There were only 3 cars in front of me. I was processed through very quickly and was on my way in about 10 minutes. This was as easy as it gets, not intimidating at all. Thank you to the excellent staff.

I had an appointment at 9:30 arrived at 9:20 There were 2 lines of cars which started on Argent. Looked like over100 cars in line. It was on Friday and since they were closed Wednesday and Thursday they probably had more cars than usual. Over all we were done in about 50 min. I do suggest making an appointment as the actual check in was QUICK. I was surprised to give my self the test. Making the appointment was easy too. I wouldn’t suggest Friday mornings.

Pasco Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
