Was there for almost 2 hours. When checking in, in office said 1 person ahead and 0 checked in online. Then 2 people went in before us. Was checked into a room and another patient that came in after my son was seen first.

I checked online about the schedule load for today, and it said I could walk in and be seen before the 1:30 appt time, so I did. The front desk guy was very helpful and pleasant, as were the nurse and the NP, Karen. I am here from out of state to visit friends, so this was much appreciated in how quickly my illness (covid!) was assessed and prescriptions were sent to my choice of pharmacy. I totally recommend this NextCare to anyone!

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. The doctor took into account his desire not to get stitches, and his desire for a more affordable solution, and found a beautiful, affordable, and effective treatment for him. All the staff was friendly. The doctor had an amazing personality. She was informative, compassionate, and funny.
