I checked online about the schedule load for today, and it said I could walk in and be seen before the 1:30 appt time, so I did. The front desk guy was very helpful and pleasant, as were the nurse and the NP, Karen. I am here from out of state to visit friends, so this was much appreciated in how quickly my illness (covid!) was assessed and prescriptions were sent to my choice of pharmacy. I totally recommend this NextCare to anyone!

From the front desk  to the nursing staff the doctors all were above and beyond.

NP was incredible, she listened to me, explained everything and provided a solution. They took my insurance.

I find it very odd that a person would need to get an appointment to be seen at an Urgent Care Facility. Hence the term Urgent in the very nature of the Clinic Title and Name its definition description implies no appointment needed. Not walk on in and when we have an opening amongst all our appointments you will be seen. This is not a clinical hospital it is an Urgent Care. Nobody should be subjected to appointments. It should be a first come first serve basis. Now if you had one doctor dedicated to appointments and everyone else handling walking I could understand that. But, to be a walk in and then sit there for 5 hours while appointment people walking and are seen before me is infuriating. I will acknowledge that the last time I walked in I only had to wait 45 minutes. So, maybe this Urgent Care has resigned its appointment system. People do not plan to get get. This is why Urgent Care was created. To help people be seen faster than going to an ER.

I got this text yesterday, after my visit, from NextCare. Now, I get this one today! This proves my point, that I ansked anbout in my review to NextCare yesterday, about which app to use….Solv or NextCare. Honestly it irks me to get requests to tell you how my visit went from both apps/companies!! Please get your stuff together and decide which app/company you will use. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
