I scheduled the appointment online and went straight to the appointment in Meridianville with excellent service. However, they had a small problem. After I was swabbed, the nurse came to let me know that they didn’t have the tools to test the sample, but we can send you on Shields Road and you can walk right in and get your sample again and steroid shot. This did not happen. The front desk young black lady was rude! She had no empathy! She didn’t listen to me nor the sweet registrar lady from Meridianville. She said there are all these people in front of you so just sign in and have a seat. I told her that I already had an appointment at Meridianville and the situation. She said, yea, they called but we got all these people in front of you. I was not happy on top of feeling horrible. She was an awful customer service employee at the Shields Road AFC!! Train your employees!!

Amber Cothren and staff were great! The staff was sick but they still got us in before they closed. We love Amber , she is our primary care physician PLEASE Don’t change her schedule!!! We know when she is there on FRIDAY. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This works best for us too. We don’t have to take off work to see her.

After arriving the receptionist used lysol and wet wipes on the entire waiting room and did a really good job...the nurse taking vital signs was very sympathetic with my problems and the physician assistant was very thorough and compassionate...the doctor was very knowledgeable and made an excellent choice for treatment...all in all, it was a good experience and i was very pleased.

I’m at urgent care Things have changed for the worse I’m no longer coughing but new symptoms I can’t turn my neck in any direction , so painful Bottom of my back is hurting so much I went to chiropractor yesterday and she adjusted the neck and upper left side of shoulder It all started hurting about 10 and got worse through out the night I’ve had to take an Uber because I don’t think I could even drive Just texting with my left fore finger is painful! I’ve literally never encountered such a nice set of medical professionals. I had an injury that made me unable to walk, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating with wheeling me around the office. Everyone was kind, the nurse was super thorough in walking me through the procedures, and I’ll definitely be back if I have medical issues in the future.
