I was unhappy with the way the Dr. spoke.  She was rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid.

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

My son had a stomach ache that would come and go for almost a week, and it wasn't getting better. The staff was amazing and listened to our concerns and was impeccable for care. She ordered a couple of tests to rule out a few things, come to find, he has Strep B! No signs, and his throat was clean without infections. I'll tell you what, this is the best Urgent Care I've ever been to and I include the ER with it too. My son felt comfortable and was happy when we left. Sick and happy is a wild concept.

My nephew age 7 ran around the high school track 2 times, walked 1 time. Complained of feeling weird like a hazelnut in his chest and wheezing , felt sleepy. Went to Urgent Pediatric Care. Was seen immediately. The front desk was Great. Nurse Shelia was wonderful  And Dr. Joshua Bridges was simply the best. My nephew says it was amazing. He was well taken care of  and we highly recommend them.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Also, individuals who have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with hepatitis should get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is essential for several reasons. Firstly, it allows for early detection which can lead to more effective treatment and prevention of liver damage. Secondly, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the virus to others. Lastly, it can provide peace of mind for those who may be at risk.
