I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

Pulled my car into line and was immediately met by a staff member who checked me in. Pulled into covered testing area, staff member performed the test and that was basically it. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Great experience. First time there. Arrived as they were closing for the day but they allowed me to get my two daughters tested. They were very kind to do that. Everything went smoothly. They were very professional and used every precaution to keep everyone safe.

I went for a Covid test, which was a drive through appointment so I'm unable to comment on facility cleanliness. Making the appointment online was very quick and simple. I arrived a little early but they were able to see me immediately. First two staff members asked some brief questions and provided aftercare advice. The nurse that then did the web test was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. They do the PCR type of test and were confident I would get my results within 24 hours as they have a testing lab onsite. Would definitely recommend this clinic for covid testing.

Just had a COVID throat test. I felt warmly received (some test places are disparaging) and the staff was attentive when asking about my symptoms. I was given advice on how to make myself feel more comfortable as I await my results. Great team!

this is the best place to get covid testing. staff is so nice and i am so thankful for them! just wanted to say i am thankful for everything you guys do, it’s not easy administering covid tests in the freezing cold! thank you

We did the drive thru covid test in the alley. They are so quick and thorough. I love that they only do PCR tests for best accuracy and they come back usually 6-8 hours later so you know what’s what and you can notify work/school with the info they need.

I had a sore throat and needed a covid test. I drove up without an appointment and was immediately set up and I had my test within minutes. Very quick and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone.

Staff members were friendly and very helpful. Had COVID test from my car. Process was easy, lots of time slots to get an appointment. Was recommended Westmont Immediate Care by a friend, I recommend them as well! I was treated with respect and care by staff members. They were very professional.

Getting the CoVid test was easy. The only thing is I never got my results due to incorrect email. I feel they should text them and/or send them to my profile. Very disappointing that i didn't get results.

Fast and efficient PCR covid testing with easy to schedule online appointments. Drive Thru test using back of throat swab (faster she more error proof than nose swab) with results obtained same day. Highly recommend!

Went for a COVID test. I was super impressed with the speed and efficiency! There were 3 people ahead of me but I was still in and out super quick! I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Healthcare workers!

This experience was so nice!! I didn’t know what to expect! We were early, but the staff was very accommodating. The process went very smooth. The medical person gave my autistic son very easy instructions to complete the PCR /COVID test. Thank you very much for your attentiveness!

This was my first time using this facility … I needed a PCR test for international travel. Staff was friendly, efficient, no waiting and promised 12 - 24 hr turnaround time for results. Very convenient and very organized process! Thank you!

Confirmed my over the counter positive Covid test. The doctor or technician called at home in addition to sending an email with my results. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. It was great to get fast results and directives about isolating because we routinely care for our grandkids and want to make sure we keep them safe.

It’s so nice to be able to just pull up and get tested. When you don’t feel well the last thing you want to do is go in anywhere. Also I feel better that if I don’t have Covid I didn’t just go in somewhere where someone with Covid was. They’re so nice and efficient there.

- Verified patient on 9/22

I was the only one there at 10:15 so they took me right away. I liked that it was drive up and especially liked that it was a throat swab! In and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. If you need a Covid test this is the place to go.

Did the drive-through Covid test. Could not have gone smoother and my family members have use this facility a number of times and always been pleased with the service. I have also used the facility when I was sick and the wait time was minimal, the doctor/staff Polite, thorough and gave good explanations. Very pleased with their service

Westmont Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
