I had to bring in my daughter because of a bone fracture. Scheduling and paperwork were easy, front desk very friendly, the doctor and the rest of the medical staff were amazing. It was our first time at that location but would definitely go back if another medical emergency comes up.

Short Wait Time

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

I went to get a CoVid test and they had me down to see a doctor. I find less to scrutinize with the Clinic than I do with the website. I just wanted a test- for certainty. The staff was nice about it, but I scheduled through the Solv app. Maybe you all need to clarify this within the app.

Took us in when so many places turned us away. Very clean! Laura, the nurse practitioner, has great bedside manner and was very sweet. The nurse who did the COVID testing was great and patient with our little guys. There was a short wait but nothing like I’ve seen elsewhere. Will definitely be back here in the future, worth the drive for us.

Did not have an appt, but needed to get tested ASAP to see if I could bring young son to Dr. appt in less than 1/2 hour. Staff was awesome getting us in just before their lunch time. They were great with the boys doing the test as well. Thank You!!

Tabitha has helped me twice in the past week with my daughters and she was very kind and patient. She helped them feel better about the covid test.

As a mother who had a little anxiety about her child getting a covid test for school, they described the difference in the two tests and put us at ease, all in the drive through. The attending nurse to administered the test was kind and patient with a scared little kid. Thank you all for everything.

Overall experience was terrific. Wanted a Rapid COVID test to be sure I was negative while having these cold symptoms. Easy on line appointment for drive up test. No waiting and it didn’t hurt. Best of all NEGATIVE results.

Our nurse was amazing with both of my kids who had to get tested! So friendly and made them laugh and explained everything before! Highly recommend for fast service and friendliness!

Waited in a long line in the parking lot, only to find out it wasn’t the Covid testing line. Not well marked. Had an appt, was finally tested a half hour after appt time. Once we finally got to a staff member, things were great. Cery nice, very easy, results super fast.

The staff was super nice and did such a good job explaining how the rapid test was going to be. It was quick, painless and I got my results within 20 minutes.

This was by far the best testing experience I’ve had. It was super quick and easy. I love that I didn’t have to wait in an office for the results. Staff was super nice. Tiffany performed the swab and did a great job. Being a covid nurse, I have been disappointed by how poorly the samples are collected by some. She did it by the book though which gave me increased confidence in the accuracy. I will def come back if I need another test. Thank you!

I have been there 4 times now unfortunately, but each and every time the ladies were very helpful. After the many times you would think I would have asked her name but the woman who does the swab was the best. She was gentle with the awful swab and made sure you knew how to take care of yourself when you tested positive. She always came out with a smile you could even see it with the mask on. She even recognized us and made sure to have us stay last time just in case I needed the other test. Hopefully we don't have to get another test but if we do I know where we're going.

This was a very efficient & pleasant appointment for a rapid Covid test. Staff members were all helpful, courteous and professional. The wait time was non-existent! I came ten minutes early for my appt & got taken immediately. I would definitely recommend ats labs to those wanting a positive experience while getting a Covid test.

This is the third time ive been here and the nurses administrating the test have been the absolute best. So kind and my kids felt so comfortable with the test and nurse

This is my second Covid test at Midwest Covid testing. Both visits were fast friendly and could not have done a better job. In this day and age and much appreciate that

- Verified patient on 2/18

I was scheduled for rapid Covid Test & I was in and out with results less than 20 minutes. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a sign in front saying Covid testing is in rear of building. When you pull into parking lot there is no signage you have to figure it out

The girls that helped me where friendly kind and caring made the trip so much less stressful. Watch how they took wonderful care of children getting tested in car in front of us. So nice to see loving caring people during these stressful times

So easy and convenient to get tested for COVID!!! Unsure of the lady’s name that did my test but she was incredibly professional, kind, nice, caring and talkative!!! Appreciated her personality!!

- Verified patient on 8/20

Loved that it was easy to schedule an appointment on line. We just drive up at our allotted time and someone met us at our car and tested us right there. Results were sent by the time we got back to work! I would highly recommend Midwest Covid Testing!

Walkin was a little confusing. We had to return for our appointment because it wasn't clear that after registration I was to get back in line for the test. But overall, well done.

Woodridge Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
