Was trying to make it to work but that didn’t happen because my knee was in so much pain Then that’s when I decided it’s to to get checked because I’ve never felt the kind of pain I had since after my surgery. I went online to find an Urgent care still open is when I called to be seen as a walk in patient on my way I was amaze how I was still getting text messages to confirm my being seen . I expected a long wait being in the pain I was in it came to me as another surprise my wait time was the least I expected as it was less than 10 minutes this the shortest time I’ve ever waited in my life time let alone the nurses and Doctor were super kind and helpful I loved my visit with nearly no wait time I would come back to that urgent care anytime

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time. 2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55. Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed. Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient. This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.
